If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst visa application experience I have ever had, and I have traveled to every continent. I did not get my visa. Apparently I applied for the wrong type of visa, but they did not let me know this or offer any advice or suggestions. I did my research beforehand and thought it was the correct category. I did not get a refund, or any kind of help. I emailed them repeatedly asking for help and they simply said pay for a new visa and start again. I already spent more than $200 on the first application, there was no way I was going to do that again. I will never use this company again and hope others do not have the same negative experience.

This is the first time I have used this service and I found it to work very well. All the uploads were simple and straight forward.
I had a timely initial email confirming receipt of my application and explained that the application would be processed in due course within 30 of my departure date.
The approved visa arrived in good time.

Fungerade bra och fick hjälp då dokument och foton inte gick att ladda upp. Då ringde de. Sedan kunde jagg maila dem dokumenten istället och allt gick bra. Det tog ca två dagar ftån start till visa.
