My experience has nothing short of amazing. I ordered 3 pair of Tights earlier this year. One pair I pulled a hole in. I reached out and Indestructible shipped me a replacement pair. Well they never arrived because of shipping errors. I reached out again months later. I received my replacement pair two days ago. They have a customer in me for life. The customer service is impeccable.

I love mine
I love mine. I was dressed to go out when my 9 week old kitten decided to climb up the back of my leg. Extremely painful, but no holes or runs, just scratches. Best product ever.

Initially this rating would be a 2 star due to a deceptive discount offer upon payment which, if you accept, signs you up to a subscription.
However, when I discovered money had been withdrawn, I contested it. I was given an apology, a complete cancellation of the subscription, and eventually a refund of the funds withdrawn.
Monica was good at responding well and I had no issue with the quality of the tights.

Great customer service! there was a mix up and an error with what they sent but when i messaged about it they were quick to offer 2x replacement pairs! so over and above. Also the people emailing are always so friendly and helpful :)

I ordered 2 pair of hose for 19.99. I went by their sizing chart and ordered a medium for my height/weight. The sizing was so off! Could barely get them above my hips. I contacted for an exchange for a larger size and they sent me a different style hose and color and they were huge! Inconsistent sizing and completely wrong order! Not even the same style and color as original. When I reached out again I was told due to being out of the return window they couldn’t help me anymore. Okay- then I see an email about being enrolled in a VIP program which I wasn’t aware I was enrolled in! I would never enroll in a VIP program with a monthly charge before I even got the hose to know if they were a product I would want to order again. They said I checked the box but I believe maybe it was checked by default and I just didn’t uncheck it. Very shady. I was charged almost $35 a month for about a year without ever noticing because the confirmation of the charges was sent to my junk mail. The total was almost $400. When I contacted them, they assured me that I had signed up for this VIP program. I explained the issues with the hose I received and that I would never knowingly sign up for a program like this with a monthly fee. I was told I could be refunded six months of charges, but that was it. They couldn’t go back further! Why not???
I have contacted them several times since and have not received any response so I’m still out over $200. Do NOT order from this company!!!!!

BEWARE
BEWARE - SCAM ALERT ⚠️🚨This company Nymbus LLC has the deceitful practice of offering you a discount upon check up and when you take it, they will automatically sign you up to a monthly "VIP" subscription. So, the "cheap" thighs will end up costing you hundreds. They mock your intelligence by saying that you agreed to the subscription and that they are clear, when in reality there is no clear nor explicit language in the "$10 off" box you check stating something like "by checking the box you'll subscribe to" something not any area where you can either accept or decline any subscription. They refused to refund the entirety of the money taken from me. I reached out to PayPal and to my bank but Nymbus LLC still got away with $34.71, so the pair of tights I believe was a one-time payment ended up costing me $54, and with that I can get about 10 pairs at another Chinese store, because these are too made in China. If you live in the U.S. report this to BBB and to the Federal Trade Commission and any other social media so other innocent people don't fall for this scam! I saw a report of a poor person who only realized this scam when this scammers took over $800 from her. This is a real headache!
