Firstly as Indespension have closed both the Norwich & Peterborough stores, and thus have no representation in the East of England, I had little choice than to order spares on line.
The spares order was handled promptly, with great communication and the item was delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
However I am of the opinion that the delivery charge of £25 is exorbitant by the standards of other on line services, and should be reviewed

The units are fine, it’s unfortunate that your courier managed the rip the packaging and damaged the plastic blanking caps the the square section unit. We have fitted the units and hopefully all will be ok.

Parts ordered on a Monday online delivered Wednesday. There had been a webstore update on Monday evening so some items were short, took 30 seconds on phone and was sorted. Items arrived on the Friday. All fitted perfectly and really good quality.

Found part I wanted. Arrived early.
Could do better on price and could do better on communicating when product will arrive.

Surplus items returned for refund got lost in the post but despite this, refund was paid on the same day of my enquiry. Excellent service!

Sent an item that was not described properly, agreed to pick it up and refund, then changed their website description to cover their lies and won't answer any emails or get in touch, not the service you would except from a company like this
