I had a few weeks physio on my arm with Abeer Kayani.
I found the treatment very helpful. Abeer was very professional. i would highly recommend Independent Physio.

My physio was Mr Chetan Sharma in woods orthotics Oswestry, his professionalism & expertise is outstanding, after a initial consultation on my rotator cuff tear he explained the science behind the exercise to rebuild my muscles & help regain more movement in my shoulder, I had suffered for 6 months with limited movement & severe pain in the affected shoulder & after 8 weeks of following chetans exercise regime & 4 x manipulation of tissue & muscles my shoulder is now very near as it was post injury & I have not had any need to take pain killers in the past 2 months, I would not hesitate to refer any of my family or friends to use Chetan Sharma, he truly is a master at his craft.

I had hydronic acid injections in both knees He told me how great the product was but it would take time to work after several weeks no change when I contacted him all he said it doesn’t work for everyone he should have told me the when I went for the consultation but it seems all he was interested in was taking my money not a very nice person

Aqso is so talented in her physio she improved my painful problem after only a couple of visits and by the sixth visit I am completely recovered. I could not recommend her more highly for her professionalism and kindness. If I ever have a problem that needs physiotherapy I shall certainly choose to go back to her for treatment.

Highly recommend Abeer for any physiotherapy needs. I have just finished several sessions of physio for an injured ankle and she was amazing throughout, and I'm now able to run pain free! Thanks Abeer.

Had a five sessions after a car accident, it’s an easy place to get to with free street parking. Both physio’s I saw were great, only have Abeer’s name who saw last 2 sessions, she managed to find the source of my pain and really helped.
The app with exercise's is also very easy to use.

Yesterday was my last visit with Chatan who has helped me with both hands which were becoming immobile. Without his help my hands would be stiff and painful. I now have hand and wrist that are stronger and will become more so with the exercises I need to keep up. Thank Chatan working with you and receiving physio from you has helped me so much. I would recommend this service to all.

Excellent service. Had a damaged achilles tendon and needed treatment over a two month period. Great treatment and exercises via an app, with useful tracking and videos.

Professional throughout and the physiotherapist was very knowledgeable. Before each appointment, I would get a text message to remind me of the time which I thought was quite neat. Definitely saw progress with each session as the pain gradually eased off. Overall no complaints and would certainly recommend it.

Amazing service! Booked through my private insurance, had no issues and Shweta was an expert! Fixed my sprained ankle in no time!

Shweta was amazing. Week 1 and I had pains, bruising and swelling in my lower left leg and ankle and in the base of my spine (from a car accident). She very quickly identified the problems and with a mixture of ‘hands on’ manipulation and targeted exercises, the pain has gone in both areas after only a little over 4 weeks. Lots of great advice too and the app with the exercises had videos etc to show exactly what to do. Would 100% recommend. Very much appreciated.
