I bought the Sandals as others have mentioned. False advertising saying orthopedic type sandle. Dollar store quality. Tried return also many times by email and no response. Contacted BBB for help.

We bought a pair of sandles, which we found to not look like the picture posted when they arrived, and were of really poor quality. Click the customer support link on the increen webpage to start the return process, and it opens an email to gcrocus, who responds that they aren't resposible for increen purchases. The link says it's going to increen support (even though it opens to "gcrocus..."), so I typed it as listed directly into a new email window and have received no response. Buyer beware; product of poor quality and no recourse for returning it.

What a joke they tell you you can return for a refund but include no paperwork and don’t respond to emails.
Plus as previously stated cheap shoddy products that are not as claimed orthotic.
They should be ashamed of themselves it gives all small businesses a bad name

I would not pay 3 dollars for these sandals that claim to be orthotic. I have purchased better quality sandals in the dollar store the crap that they’re selling on Pinterest and making it look like the Taj Mahal is ridiculous! They offered to give me a $20 refund after three weeks of contacting them. I want a full refund these things are a joke!

Imitation, poor quality items received, not like the original photo.
And dispatched from china, not California as stated on website.
No response to emails.
