Banger quality, even down to the matte-black keyring that came with the key-tag

I had to wait for a long time be the carpet look so good and quality was amazing.

The process was extremely smooth and shipping was very quick. I have no complaints about the quality, everyone that sits in my car always compliments the mats.

Ordered a few car stickers from Incomplete, and they turned out amazing once I put them on my car! The quality, design and attention to detail are all spot on, and I couldn’t be happier with how they look. I really appreciate the free air freshener they included as well its a nice little bonus. I’ll definitely be ordering again when more stickers become available, and I'm keen to check out some of the other products they offer too. Keep up the great work!

Had an awesome experience with incomplete. Matts came in perfect condition and they even threw in a matching air freshener which smells amazing.

Terrible service. I would give zero stars if I could.

The company advertises an expected delivery time of 5–7 business days and charges $13 for delivery, yet the actual experience has been completely unacceptable.

There is no contact number available to reach customer service. After waiting two weeks, I emailed them for an update and was told they were short on stock. They didn’t even bother to apologise or proactively inform me about the delay.

It then took another two weeks for them to respond again, only to tell me that my order would not arrive until the end of November. That would mean waiting almost 10 weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive within 5–7 business days.

The lack of communication, extremely slow responses, and failure to meet their advertised delivery timeframe are incredibly disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase a business for updates on their own orders.

In the end, I didn’t bother wasting any more time trying to resolve the issue directly with them. I raised a dispute with my bank and received my refund.

I would not recommend this business. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I've reached out multiple times regarding a missing package that was marked as delivered, and I've gotten no response. I wanted to support a small business but clearly this is what I get for trying to do that. Not happy

My go to for JDM accessories.

Copped a floor mat and two jet tags from their Instagram, returned to their website a few weeks later to get some decals. Can always trust them to create great designs and quality.

Designs and quality are top-tier, and their communication around shipping and updates is super clear and honest.

Order took a little bit to get here but customer service made sure everything was corrected and was super helpful.

Purchased some air fresheners, sticker decals and floor mats from incomplete for myself and a few friends. It came nicely packaged and was delivered quickly for such a big order. I will be repurchasing from here again.
