Won some cash on one of their affiliated casinos called Captain Jack, but they wouldn't pay out. I messaged customer service repeatedly and got nowhere, and eventually, they started ignoring me. Had to file a complaint with AskGamblers.com to get paid.

If it were possible to go less than 1 star, i’d do that. I have been robbed of winnings i won fair and square, and i get hit with alot of unprofessional excuses of i didnt wager it when really i turned 300 into 1150 total in the end and they deliberately directed me to cancel 2 withdraws and resubmit after emailing in my documents as requested where they intructed me to mix my funds and i get punished for it, untill in reimbursed, i will dedicate my life to rallying the troops to leave the neccesaary reviews to protect others from being victims.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They never paid me the money that I won. They gave me the runaround over and over again telling me they needed this and that etc etc. They needed this and that from my bank. It was a mess I went back-and-forth with them for six weeks. Until a lightbulb came on, and I thought to check the reviews and that was the moment I realized they were not gonna pay me the money that I won. It was only a couple hundred dollars, but it was basically what I spent. I thought I was gonna be getting it back and it never happened. I was blocked from Inclave today and the only actions I have ever made there was signing up, accepting the free spins offered, and playing their online slot games.... So why was I blocked? I believe with all my heart this whole system under the Inclave.com umbrella never has any plans to pay winners. they plan on confusion and lots of free chips sent so when the time comes to withdraw they don't have to pay out. I deposited 3 times with other games with inclave and never been able to withdraw.

You will never make good profit, it is impossible.

Their AI works to manipulate you to loose all your money and deposit another time hoping you will win, because they let you feel that it is very easy to win.

For example today, in one of their games, i knew 100% where grand jackpot exists using my robots. I opened first two cases, both had grand jackpot like my robots say, when i went to last sure case, their AI stoped a while and changed the case of the grand jackpot. And i was watching all.

I have been losing 10k-40k per month for almost a year. I have never initiated a withdrawal before. Finally, I won some back. They advertise that VIP5 has a withdrawal limit of $7500 per week. They pay $2500 every other week. They drag on my payouts and tell me I have to wait until after it is approved in order to get my weekly and monthly cashback for losses exceeding my winnings. I won they did not pay here us every conversation and email and lack of funds. There crooks let you win then don't pay took my deposit money and never sent my winnings.
