I upgraded my head unit in my Cayenne. Auto electrician gave me my car back without the installation complete. Quoted problems but no solutions. I contacted Incartec directly and the advice and service I received was outstanding. A solution as found on two parts. One off the shelf one made to fit. It cost more for the postage than the leads!! Booked back in to get the unit installed. Perfect! Could not have happened without the service I received. The initial technician just did not want to work this out for me. Incartec were outstanding!

Had an issue with wiring a new header unit into my Porsche, ended up contacting Incartech, Mark was able to determine what was wrong with the harness I’d bought elsewhere, provide me with the correct option and also guide me through further tech issues with me head unit! Would highly recommend their service and support 👍🏻

Decided to do a DIY swap on my Saab 9-5 and completely failed but reached out to Mark through their WhatsApp channel and he's kindly helped me out troubleshooting until we made it work. Always a pleasure having professionals like him that help you out and gets the work done.

Mark dedicated alot of time to support over WhatsApp to diagnose my DOA unit despite me telling him the wiring had been DIYd by me and was probably incorrect. They were incredibly quick to replace the part that failed and all works now. I could not have fitted it without their help. 5 stars.

I actually purchased all my equipment from a re-seller of Incartecs equipment, but they were not assisting me, so I decided to come direct to Incartec instead and cut out the middle man.

They helped me diagnose the issue I was having and gave me a very simple, image based breakdown of where I was going wrong, which massively helped.

All is working and all is well.

So what started as ordering a harness turned into a new head unit and fitting kit but Mark was so helpful and communicative through it all I cannot recommend highly enough. He answered messages within minutes and even called me while I was installing the unit to guide me. 10 out of 10 and thank you very much

150 miles away from me. I Contacted them lunch time, with a problem and with the able assistance of their support team the problem was identified and resolved, passed to their sales team and that which was required ordered. It was on my doorstep at 7:30 the next morning, and for all I know it could have been earlier. Parts fitted and system fully up and running by 10am. Less than 24hrs start to finish. Brilliant team. Will go there first, every time.

Don’t normally write reviews but this one is a must for others. Purchased from InCarTec many of times with no problem. Ordered a radio+steering wheel control kit for my little sisters first car and was having problems, called tech department went through everything, sent photos all was correct, harness must of been at fault, well the customer service I recieved was outstanding, returned harness on Wednesday afternoon, new harness shipped yesterday, recieved today and all is working and I have one happy sister. Thankyou guys for your outstanding help and support. Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!!

Multiple canbus key detectors from other companies didn't work in my Caddy, those companies all said "that's just the way it is". Bought one from InCarTec, also didn't work - turns out the caddy put it's canbus to sleep in the ACC position then wakes again for keyout, I could determine this with an oscilloscope. Contacted InCarTec support, they said to send it back, they'll change the canbus module so that it will work. Posted it thurs eve, got it back saturday, does exactly what it should be doing. Top notch support!

I bought one of their products over a year ago, a kit for connecting any car stereo to an amplifier (Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ with Infinity amplifier). Recently, while I was trying to connect the microphone to the car stereo, it turned on, but I couldn't hear any sound. I kept texting them via WhatsApp, and they were very patient with me throughout my many attempts, sometimes even replying on weekends. With their help, I solved the problem, which was with my car stereo and not with their kit, which works perfectly. Great job!

I bought a loom adapter for Ford Ka, it did not work at 1st, did what app customer service msg all sorted,turns out the loom on my original stereo had been set up old school way. Top customer service rarely seen these days.

Mark helped me out on an analogue/dab issue and although it seemed that doing nothing was the best option he helped me come to that conclusion which meant that a sale wasn’t imminent. But he continued to help until it was all sorted.

I bought some iso and steering wheel kit from them for my 997 and it worked very well. When I had an issue 1 year after on some wiring, they were very helpful and helped fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

I called and asked for some advice about an installation I'm looking at doing. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and checked some information with one of the installers. Really helpful.

What a great company to deal with, my problem was quickly sorted out. The guys went out of their way to help sort my problem. Can’t thank them enough especially Mark.
