Sadley after 2 years we have given up on the grass. The only reason we went with this company was because they said we would not get any smells from our 2 dogs.
Within a year it was smelling and they came out to look and we had to pay for a deep clean. This didn’t work and smell continued. We spent hundreds on cleaning products and the smell continues. They just want me to keep paying for deep cleaning.

Yes correct about date but this happened within a year and this is when the deep cleaning was done. As this didn’t work that’s when we looked at using chemicals. When this didn’t work you offered the K9 grass but at my cost. We didn’t have another deep clean because at £250 a time it was a waste of time. We would love the K9 grass but even at a reduced cost it’s still too much. It is a shame as you did a great job but we was never told it would need 3 times a year maintenance.

I had a very good experience with Imperial grass, their price is really reasonable, I saved circa £1500 compared to quotes from other grass installations companies. All done in one day and it looks immaculate and beautiful.

The three men that turn up on time were great started to protect the house floors and walls because they had to take everything through the house didn't stop all day done the hole job in fore hours

Amazing customer experience. They managed to provide me with the date I required. Lads installed the grass within half a day and done an amazing job. I had a garden party the next day and received compliments about the grass all day. Definitely recommend, would give 10 stars if I could!!

Excellent service. Old grass removed and artificial grass all fitted in one day. They cleaned all their mess and were very nice in getting the job done. Cleared extra part of garden for free.

We have a resin gravel driveway fitted and while we were initially pleased we were left with patches of discolouration which we were promised would disappear over summer. The patches have not changed and we are disappointed to have spent the money to not have a clean look, this company won’t take our calls or messages or attempt to resolve the issue.
