I have used these since I bought my house nearly 2 years ago and kelly and kevin are very helpful.

As first time buyers, we were finding the mortgage process quite daunting, especially as my husband has unique financial circumstances (self employed / contractor) so we decided to work with Impact and are so glad we did!!

Throughout the entire process, both Kelly and Kevin were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and patient (especially with the many questions we had along the way!).
