I am always very upto date with films and a bit of a whizz with actors etc, but i do sometimes want to know where ive seen an actor before, if they got any upcoming movies. Interesting site

The number of times disputes have been settled after checking on IMDB - is worth the 5 star rating alone

Where would you be without imdb? It has resolved alot of arguments in the workplace, and now I have it on my phone. Brill....

This is an excellent website, I use it more on my iPhone rather than the web!

It is great for finding those names you forget and wonder..."who is that person"..."where have I seen them before"...

It is great to see people and what they've doen before and the future look at films coming up!

This website is just great - the daisy chain links to all the actors and directors which take you through the back catalogue of that particular artists work is just great - I can spend hours on this website just researching and gathering information - just great - five stars.

If you want the basic facts on a film or TV show, IMDB is quick and easy to use. Sometimes a lack of depth, and some US bias, but still extremely useful.

I always use IMDB when I'm looking for information about a movie or TV show. They always have everything I'm looking for and the information is all cross referenced so it's easy to find what other films and shows an actor or director has worked on.

If I want to know where I've seen an actor/actress before, what other films/TV people have been it, what films were done by the same director and even movie scores. I use the web site often as well as their iPhone/iPad apps and imdb rock.
Four stars though instead of five because I sometimes feel that finding the information I'm after could be made easier or the website maybe could do with a less messy (maybe not quite the right word) look...

love IMDB, probably best source for all movies related information.
