My experience in booking the ship cruises
My experience in booking the ship cruises EUR2363 was very good on the whole. The customer representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in booking my cabins. The only glitch in the process was during payment of my deposit when the AI payment documentation did not end well. The green sign off box as explained by the representative did not appear on.the top right of the electronic page and the representative has to take the deposit manually over the phone.
.That elrctrontric page sign off needs fixing.

The agent with dealt with was helpful and responded quickly. However, we specifically requested that the contact be via email and your company still chose to phone us. We find it hard to process information about travel over the phone and much prefer to have it in writing to consider. While we did get lots of information later in writing the actual booking part was awkward for us by phone.
