While it took me applying twice and without a cosigner the 2nd time I was finally approved for a loan. Couldn't get all that i needed, but did get enough to pay off the bills. However, it took a call to the BBM and headquarters in Indiana to get some movement. They had poor customer service and their mother company One Main, Selma ca branch is filled with incompetent employees. Also if your going to fill my email with One Main adds and claim.to help fair credited people, you should do as advertised. Thank you ILoan for helping me out.

Ashlyn and April were amazing and my rating has nothing to do with them, just to make that clear. My loan was anticipated to fund a week before the loan was completed. There was an IT issue that had never been seen before and could not be resolved in a timely manner. This put a bad taste in my mouth but things only progressively got worse. WeGoLook was sent numerous requests to contact me and it was only when April aggressively stepped in, is when action was taken. An agent by the name of Monique from WeGoLook was assigned to me but never showed. Another agent Steve was assigned and was not prepared upon arrival. Mind you he arrived a day late. I am happy this all over as I just signed my loan documents. I believe my case to be rare as I have been told this is not routine. My advice is to investigate my situation so that at least a resolution is in place in the event another client has the same experience. Thank you to April and Ashlyn for keeping my faith alive so I did not cancel. Huge appreciation for them both.
