I drove 2 hours each way after reading and hearing about Illusions. As a non binary human on T cursed with large breasts I have some unique needs. Tracey was beyond amazing, able to help me easily find both a bra that would be more flattening, and a binder that actually fit, without any of the risks of buying them online. She was super affirming, listened, didn’t make me feel any kind of awkward, and ordered a second bra and posted it to me! I would recommend anyone each way round trip to visit this store, regardless of your gender identity or bra size! It’s unusual enough to find a plus size bra store you can visit, let alone one that is gender affirming!

I visited Illusions lingerie today after seeing so many positive reviews, this is the first time for me buying a bra in person from a store, not online. I was met by Shiori who seeing my nervousness and lack of knowledge immediately made me feel comfortable and chose several bra's she felt would suit me. She helped to fit them and was honest in her assessment of how they looked on me. She took the time to explain the differences between them and how to adjust them to get the best fit. I absolutely adored her choices and ended up buying three. Shiori, I thank you so much for making this such a positive experience.
