Card holder was received with cracks and tearing in the corners. I also received a brown instead of orange card holder, so wrong color. Poor craftsmanship and care and no customer service

This team is incredibly responsive and accomodating. I have yet to receive their product but am very impressed with their customer service. Cannot wait to receive my magnetic cardholder.

I just received my order. This is my second item from Il Bussetto. The first purchase was a bi fold wallet in about 2012. That wallet was very nice and I enjoyed it for a long time. Since then I went to a front pocket wallet and went with the usual luxury brands like Gucci & LV. After receiving my order today I am reminded again of the absolutely outstanding quality of Il Bussetto. Thank you so much for providing me with unbelievable value and a superior product.

Super company hand making leather products in Italy. I've bought a few products over the years from this company including Tacco coin purses, magic wallet, slim wallet, wallet with the bill clip. All have been delivered quick (normally within a day or two from order from Italy to Poland) and all have stood the test of time.

Excellent and unique products.

I'm only rating this as one star because zero is not an option.
I bought an extremely expensive iPhone case from this site, it seemed to fit ok when I put it on. However after a couple of days use I noticed part of the case didn't cover the phone properly and as a result the edge of screen that should have been covered was getting scratched.

I sent photos to Il Bussetto who reluctantly agreed to refund me for the defective case.
I didn't ask or expect anything for the damage to my phone, I thought it was my own fault for assuming a protective case would actually protect my phone.

When I posted the case back to them they initially refused delivery, so the parcel was sent to the local Post Office. They then claimed it had been sent to the wrong city (it was sent to the address they specified). After two weeks of emails they eventually went to their local Post Office and picked up the case.

I now find although they have refunded the case they have kept the approx £13 they charged me for shipping. They are supposed to refund this, they should also refund my shipping costs but I didn't bother asking for this.

Throughout they have been unhelpful and made things as difficult as possible.

Awful company.
