Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback — and firstly, a genuine apology.
You ordered from us expecting a straightforward experience, and on both counts we didn't deliver that. That's frustrating, and you're absolutely right to flag it.
Missing items on your first order shouldn't happen, it was human error and when it does, it's on us to make it right quickly. I believe that we did do this and had the missing item with you next day.
On your second order, arriving split between two couriers with a time gap isn't the experience we want anyone to have either — especially when you're likely trying to plan an install or a project around it. some of our products are large and bulky and are required to be delivered on a pallet. Some others are small and fit in a box and are delivered by a courier. This should have made that clearer to you at the time of order?

Reduce the noise but don’t remove it
Good help from iKoustic team. I used their material for damping the floor noise affecting the bedroom below. It helped reduce the noise overall but the walking steps were still noticeable from the floor below

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, I searched at multiple builders merchants to find the exact products I was looking for to which I didn't find any that were suitable Ikoustic stocked all that I was looking for I ordered the same day and products were available for collection the same day brilliant service can't recommend highly enough all the staff were friendly and helpful in person and over the phone will be visiting again for the next stage of my project thanks again

Great product
Ordering on the website was very easy an simple. Very helpful staff on the telephone. Quantity of materials delivered was exactly right. Fitting instructions easy to follow. Delivery was 2 days early but the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. Only downside was the factory cutting of the rock wool panels was not consistent as some panels were double thickness and could not easily be trimmed. Would certainly recommend this product to others.

Have a better pricing structure for…
Have a better pricing structure for delivery. You to charge £154 through my supplier which was more expensive than the product I was buying. The customer advisor would only reduce it to £90. When I went online as it had said I could get it for £49. If I had an extra day I would have got it with free delivery somewhere else.
I had said it was the start for more larger orders but this experience means I am unlikely to use them again now, I will purchase the products elsewhere.
Since the above the company have been in touch and explained where the delivery pricing error occurred and rectified the issue to my satisfaction.
