Madhuri - she’s amazing and was a phenomenal leader and support system to help with my house finding and overall resettlements to Hyderabad. She is an answered prayer and went above and beyond to assure my comfort as I relocated to India by myself.

The people of an organization are what truly make it great—and that was evident in every interaction we had with the IKan team. They made our relocation and house-hunting experience far smoother than we ever expected.

We worked closely with Ms. Madhuri, who consistently went above and beyond to help us find a home that truly suited our family’s needs. She and her team guided us through every step of the process with sincerity and care, always making us feel like we were their top priority. In a short time, she understood exactly what our family was looking for and presented properties that matched almost all our criteria.

This was my first visit to Hyderabad, and it was quite challenging for me to find suitable accommodation. I decided to use the ICAN home-finding service, and I’m very glad I did.

Great city tour! The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, highlights were well-paced, and transportation was comfortable. I have had a great exposure and knowledge about places near me in the city. Highly recommended for first-time visitors.

I had a great experience working with Mary Margaret for our relocation. She was extremely patient and empathetic.
She understood our need and got us the best suited place. She was always available and super engaged until we found the right place. I rate her customer centricity and service 10/10.

We had a very amiable, helpful and knowledgeable guide in Mary Margaret. We had a fantastic tour of Lalbagh gardens during our day where Mary also acted as translator of the tour. We also visited Bangalore Palace and some of the main areas of the city, including Cubbon Park, MG Road, Brigade Road and Indiranagar. We were also taken for an authentic and delicious lunch. The only downside with the service was the securing of phone services. It took longer than expected to confirm that an eSIM was not possible and had to restart the process for a physical SIM, which has also turned out to be unusable due to the locked phone. This has left us without an Indian phone number, which will require assistance from friends/colleagues for any 'one time password' situations during our stay here. Our recommendation would be to first verify the status of the person's device before spending an hour in the phone shop (split across two visits) for the result of an unusable physical SIM. Mary Margaret has also left us with some great information in the summary email following our day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable day with her and thank her for her professionalism.
