Writing this here because for some reason I can't leave on in the Microsoft store. This app doesn't work on all platforms. Via Microsoft, it has deadlinks and attempts to require you to download an internet browser within the log in box that doesn't work. It's a security breach waiting to happen.

I’m paying for IHeart radio- so when opening the app and picking any station..or going station to station a commercial pops up for the 20-30 secs. and cannot get a station immediately as I did previously..this started about 60 days ago with my account…on top of these ads states we aredoing this so “we can keep IHeart free”..I’m paying $12 plus per month the last 16 months so this would NOT happen..they sold it as that paying=no ads..bait and switch..???

This connection sucks ass today. I’m missing my podcast. Back to my radio!

Don't waste your money or your time on these people. SAD

iHeart repeatedly plays the same ultra-annoying ads. They also insert them randomly, which wrecks the content flow.

Nothing but commercials!!! My god just play music! I mean talking all morning and then all evening. They play music hardly ever! No wonder radio has become very little to listen to and everyone plays their own things. It’s the commercials

I’m so sick of iHeart coming to local radio stations letting the whole staff go and then just use National programming. All the local sports teams gone no news about them ever again. You recently axed all the sports broadcasters at KXNO in Des Moines, Iowa. Myself and hundreds of other fans have decided to boy KXNO forever we’ll never listen to iHeart, and we’ll never listen to anything has to do with iHeart because of it I would rather stream music into my car than to ever listen to iHeart again since all iHeart cares about is profits and not local programming.

This company is a joke. To have your DJs record "guaranteed human" to try and convince the public that it's not a corporate machine is laughable. They just fired Bret Saunders,a Colorado legend, for the bottom line. I'll not be listening to any of their stations any more.

If I could leave a “0” I would. I heart radio should change the name to “I HATE RADIO.” They are destroying good radio stations and turning them into garbage stations. They are firing radio personalities who literally put the stations on the MAP! DJ’s that have been on the air longer than “I HATE RADIO” existed. I will never support a company that destroys their employees lives by cutting $50 million dollars worth of working people and replaces them with crap to listen to.

In the last few weeks iheart radio has destroyed my radio favorites. They have fired three wonderful personalities I listened to, some for a very long time. Bailey J Hess was the first to go, they fired her when Dave Ryan retired, which I am now thinking may have been forced. Staci Matthews, from 94.5 afternoons, and now I found out they have let go of Jon Justice, from 1130am, one of my favorite, and the only local political voice I wanted to hear. Boooo! Iheartradio is destroying radio.

Talk show people talk for 15 min in an hour the rest are ads and repeated same news every half hour one hour is enough for the news. Hannity is the worst he not only has tons of ads he himself reads ads. They might be on 3 hours but only work an hour the rest are ads a total scam.Local talk show guy is the same Bill Mick. 3 hour show he talks for only an hour.

You guys sure know my taste in music, keep it up.

you go into your playlist wanting to hear songs you want, sure 4 or 5 recommended songs in between but we don't need 1 or 2 of the songs that you want and then 1 million recommended songs after that and never hearing the songs you want ever again.

I've used the app on Android and the website on both Mac OS (Sequoia & Tahoe) and Windows platforms (Windows 10 and 11). The design is abysmal. Stations on the app and website inundate you with ads you cannot skip past, cannot cancel and, even if you close the app and relaunch it, yep, they're right there where you left off so if you want to listen to that radio station, you HAVE to tolerate the incessant, repetitive ads. iHeart blames the local station, blames your cache/cookies, blames you for not being logged in so you get spammed with ads, doesnt matter. Its always someone else's issue. I have used the free and the paid versions and they both do the same thing. If I could get Armstrong & Getty on a different service, such as Spotify, where the podcasts work flawlessly, I would dump this buggy, hard to use, quitting at random app in a heartbeat. I have cleaned cache/cookies, uninstalled, reinstalled, set app priority, force stop/restart, reboot, you name it, doesn't matter, the app AND website are buggy as hell. IF you have a great experience, more power to you, its simply been my experience that this service is not worth the mental hassle. And thats too bad. I hoped it wouldn't be as poor as it is.

I cannot rely on the iheart radio service, disconnects about every 10 minutes, and I have to completely close the app and then start over. It does not matter if I use the Internet (I have high speed and use boosters all over the house) or 5 G. disconnect after disconnect. With Service like this, how do you stay in business, as I see many complaints about the same issue. My iheart days are over...

It used to be that anyone could use iHeart Radio, no need to sign up or create an account unless you wanted to save settings. NOW, there is no access to iHeart Radio. Nothing on the web site works, you can't change the location or listen to any of the content. The "sign up" button does not function, the "log in" button doesn't work. Don't bother wasting your time trying to access it.

For as long as I can remember listening to 3 radio DJs it reminds me of complete joy filled with laughter and radio was just plain fun! But ever since 92.5 in Dallas fired Anna Deharo and Ayo it’s clear that whoever’s making the decisions is not a very smart person! Now Anna Deharo and Ayo tried their best to fill the shoes of some of Dallas’s greatest that being Bo Roberts and Randy and the one and only Jim! It’s clear to the listeners of the greater North Texas areas that iheart will lose listeners whether they care or not! And I’m damn sure one of those listeners! I hope iheart goes under!

Constantly drops out/buffers/gets stuck whatever you want to call it, happens daily, multiple times a day, unlistenable sadly. Try TuneIn Radio app, seems to work well
