Do not deal with this company they will not reply to my request for a refund having return the earring aids in August at a cost of 16£ Ian still no nearer receiving my refund there customer service is nonexistent

Purchased a set of hearing aids mainly as it said eliminates wind noise. Unfortunately I have a narrow ear canal in one ear so aids did not fit, requested a refund they offered 40% off rather than the cost of me sending them back i agreed and said I would give the aids to charity. Nothing was happening so kept asking what was happening someone called Elena was replying saying accounts were busy but she would escalate it to the finance manager. It is now 6 months since I requested a refund have now found out Elena is a digital reply and they have stopped replying to my requests. I do feel some are happy but for those that want a refund they are thieves and you wont get your money back. Do not purchase from them.

This is a scam - they came and was rubbish sent back for a full refund and 25 emails later and 3 months later still no refund - having to do a charge back on my credit card ! So much time and effort wasted ! DO NOT BUY

Hearing aids didn't arrive within the promised delivery window, however eventually turned up about 3 weeks after ordering. 1 hearing aid had audio interference which sounded like heavy rain, the other kept slipping out of my ear, which caused intense whistling. The hearing aids come with a range of different sized earplugs so tried to change the supplied 1. It was so firmly applied it took a lot of removing. When I eventually replaced the earplug, it didn't work at all! Not surprising considering force needed to remove original 1. Contacted the company who tried to negotiate partial refund to avoid hassle of sending back, and I agreed 50%. No refund emerged and the Company has stopped responding to my emails!! I advise don't buy. They are cheap and I guess this is why!!

I would actually give then no stars. Absolute scam. Not a uk company. Have failed to give my refund after months of asking and now do not reply to emails and can't find an address or phone number. They should not be allowed to trade in the Uk

Total scam charged twice and despite saying refund on way it never arrived and now blocked from leaving negative reviews

Awful company! I ordered on 15 October and still not received my hearing aids!
I’ve sent endless emails and it saids it’s with yodel! Yodel haven’t got it!
It’s a scam! Don’t order!
Elena said she will contact yodel but never heard back!

Waste of money accidentally ordered 2 pairs said they would give me half money back on 1 pair still no money after months of waiting plus the right ear piece just buzzes they said they would send a replacement still waiting do not go anywhere near this company just full of shit

Cancelled hearing aids as waited a long time for them to arrive which never happened.Was told get full refund which still waiting for.So in the end i paid out money for nothing.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids back on October
I made mistake and ordered 2pair. Was told by Elena sales to return one pair when they arrived and I would get refund. Waited almost a month no order turned up. They made out problem was with courier. Eventually asked for total refund .sent loads emails still no refund. Because I paid by debit card Bank couldn't do anything
Beware of buying from this company.

I would give no stars if that was an option. Having offered me a 50% refund which I accepted, have heard nothing dispute email conversations saying it was in the system. Do not buy from this company.

I have waited 3 months for a refund i keep getting automated emails that the refund will be authorised, this is a fake company i have lost £138 i hope they rott in hell may that money go towards their funerals

They offered me a refund which I never received due to the product being unusable. One makes a noise when it's inserted in my ear, no use at all. They offered a part refund never got it. Complete waste of time

Ordered hearing aids and arrived shortly after. Requested refund next day as didn't fit. Stated if I didn't return to China they would offer me 25%refund which I agreed to. After numerous emails back and forwards, the company gave excuse after excuse, still not received my promised refund and now don't expect to. Please don't waste your time and money on this unscrupulous business,the 60day guaranteed refund means nothing.
