It would have been more beneficial to flush $75 down the toilet than give it to these scammers. Followed up several times via email with no response. Attempted to dispute the payment on my banking app but that doesn’t work. Seems the payment was made to a trade person’s electrical company. Scam, do not buy from this lot.

Arghhh I'm so annoyed that I didn't properly fact check this site. I spent 170 and got a confirmation for the order, then BAM, a few days later their website was taken down and there was no response at all from customer service. SCAM. I hope whoever runs this gets what they deserve 🖕

If I had the chose of 0 Starts I would give that. A total scam I ordered 2 vapes and received nothing. Have tried contacting there number it doesn’t work and emailing them is a waste of time as there is no response there either. BEWARE DON’T BUY from IGet Australia Scammers run this website.

Ordered on the 29th January. Received email with order confirmation. Since then, I have not received my tracking number (paid express) and every correspondence sent has been ignored. Tried calling and texting the number provided - nothing.
Website now shows nothing.

This is definitely a scam looked through all the vapes and i chose JNR Cruiser and i bought 1 vape on 9th February 2026 express paid $60 by the Next day on 10th February the website when you look through the vapes it says No Products found use fewer filters or remove all and I tried to call there phone number 0423796330 it doesn't ring it automatically call ends very fake Trade name: IGET EXPRESS Australia

Ordered & paid for express shipping. Waited for over a week, still nothing! E-mailed them, NO acknowledgement of email or response!! Total SCAM!! DO NOT use this company!
