I have been working with this prop firm for over 7 months and I'm glad I found them. First of all, what makes me happy is that there are no time restrictions on withdrawals—you can withdraw your profit even every day, as long as you follow the rules. Second, there is no trailing stop loss; your drawdown is fixed based on the initial balance, so you can trade correctly right away without having to calculate how much limit you have left. Before, the spread was a bit high, but now, with the change of broker, everything has improved. Overall, I’m working with them and I’m satisfied.

I think i fund became best prop firm if they change there liquidity provider they need spread like ic market or exness l have attch my mt4 account with ifund mt5 my mt4 account in profit and ifund mt5 in loss because worst spread and slippage i never see and mainupulation in trades my mt4 ea dont open some trade but there ifund account some trade open and close in loss i sent email they reply your ea take that trade but i check my all trades my ea not have any trade like that in loss support system is good they give me reply but if they mainupulate trades and spread is too high no one make profit with this prop firm

Overall I have found iFunds to provide an excellent product and quality customer service. The rules are extremely simple and clear for prop traders. Don't allow your account balance to go below your limit and stick to ethical trading methods. I am very impressed that there are no limitations on use of eas and copy trading. I have upscaled my account and withdrawn some excess funds. Both processes work well. I would like to see funds in the wallet available for upscaling or purchase of products rather than just withdraw. Payout is in Crypto which is ok but took some getting used to this concept (I'm a bit old school).

Can't fault timeliness of response to questions and helpfulness of staff.

My experience with iFunds.io has been extremely disappointing and concerning. This is my 3rd consecutive day trying to verify my account, and despite following every instruction, my account is still not verified.

1. Verification Process is Broken

iFunds.io uses Sumsub for automatic verification, which normally finishes in 5 minutes.
In my case, it has been 3 days, and the verification is still pending.

I emailed ops@ ifunds
multiple times for manual verification, as instructed, but I received no reply, no ticket number, and no confirmation.
This is highly unprofessional for a prop firm handling financial accounts.

2. Zero Support – No Tickets, No Emails, No Response

In the last 3 days:

I contacted live chat 3 times

I emailed support multiple times

I emailed operations for manual verification

Not a single reply.
No ticket ID, no follow-up, nothing.
It feels like the support team does not exist.

3. Suspicious Trading Dashboard Behavior

When I purchased the account, they said I could start trading immediately.
But on my MT5 terminal:

Zero trades

No positions open

However, on the iFunds dashboard:

It shows open trades

Equity keeps changing every few seconds

Even after 24 hours, the data keeps fluctuating unnaturally

This is extremely concerning and raises serious doubts about data transparency and platform integrity.

4. Withdrawal Blocked Due to Verification

I have profits that I want to withdraw, but verification is required first.
Since they are not verifying my account or responding to emails, my funds are stuck.

5. Forced to Consider Escalation

If this continues, I will have no choice but to file complaints with:
Bazzex (their broker/liquidity provider)
MT5 platform
Other financial and consumer protection channels

A regulated financial service should never ignore customer verification and withdrawal requests.

⚠️ Final Verdict

iFunds.io needs to fix their verification system, provide real customer support, and ensure transparent dashboard data.
Right now, the experience feels unreliable, unprofessional, and unsafe for traders.

Got my third payout yesterday within 2 hours. Great prop firm, no complicated rules. Focus on trading thats' all. Be aware that the fees are higher than most.
