I have been shopping at ifoods for a long time and it is by far the best company I have used the excellent customer service the best delivery and overall the time and dedication that is put into everything,all questions and queries answered straight away would highly recommend this company for all your goodies the website is amazing and the very best place to get all your goodies so glad I found ifoods

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I had query so chose to email customer service/Michelle who couldn’t of been anymore helpful if she tried. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Always try support small business’s but this one went above and beyond. I will most definitely be returning.

Sharing my review after reading similar to my own recent experience with this company. I would order from iFoods religiously each month to keep my home stocked up on goods from around the world. That was until a couple of my latest deliveries arrived with items missing. My last delivery had 6 items missing. When I reached out to the company the owner Michelle replied to my query advising she had forgot to pack the items and would send them out the next day. 1 week passed and the items never arrived. I reached out once more and Michelle advised she had again forgot and confirmed she would send out the items that day. Another week went by and the items failed to arrive. I reached out for an explantation as to where the items were but unfortunately my email was met with silence. I eventually raised a dispute with Paypal regarding the missing items and asked them to hold the funds for those products until I had clarification on if the items were ever going to arrive. This clearly upset the business owner as the following day I received an unprofessional email regarding my Paypal dispute and that the items were now not being sent. The website is easy to use and stocks a large range of products however so do many other USA - UK import businesses which I would advise you to shop with as most are run by much friendlier and precise teams than iFoods. Good luck if you ever need customer service help from this business!

Absolutely fantastic small business!! Michelle and her team are super efficient in dealing with orders, they’re all packed so well and all items are fabulous. The website is clear about any expiration dates and is super easy to use.

Ordered from ifoodsUk 3 times and every time I have been blow away by the professionalism! (If I didn’t have self control it would of definitely been so much more orders than this) 😂. Their customer service is amazing, they always go above and beyond, order from this lovely small business you won’t be disappointed. Amazing order from ifoodsuk, we ordered some great products, they were beautifully packaged! The owner also packs the orders on lives on tiktok which is a nice little incentive.
I placed my order on Tuesday and received it by Thursday. Already can't wait to order again!

Before you purchase from here check your local B&M to save yourself some money. This place sells B&M items for massively inflated prices. For example this place sells B&M Dunkaroos for £6.49 and if you go to B&M they’re £3.99.

I’ve bought a few times from here unknowingly, you can imagine my shock at seeing them cheaper when I finally went B&M. Apart from the rip off prices, parcel arrives packed really well and they despatch quickly. I’d never buy from here again or recommend the place though.

Second time I’ve ordered from here, they have a great selection and parcels are always sent quickly.

Will definitely be ordering from again.
