Good company
Super helpful company, doing good for others for the sake of doing good. Updated my heaters, added loft insulation and solar panels at no cost. Good communication, kept me updated with each stage from council approval to starting the work, listing what I was eligible for and the time frame of completing work. Organised trades people to get it done swiftly and everyone was friendly and respectful

They sent a solar company to do the heating and solar very impressed with flagship renewals. Cheers i energy
Company with Customers in mind
Firstly, its reassuring to know that IEnergy carry out a thorough survey prior to installation. They plan their installs out properly and keep customers up to date throughout the whole process. They have their customers best interest at heart, despite past reviews I have read, I believe this company may have learnt from possible past miss understandings (if these reviews we genuine and not just attacking reviews).
I could not fault iEnergy on any of their ambitions to please their customers at no extra cost to the available funding (which other funders wouldn't blink an eye at requesting).
Hats off guys! About time we had a company doing the job properly and not all about getting some extra money!

A fantastic company if you need work done in your property. I Energy are very professional and also complete work on time. The customer service is second to none and the CEO is very understanding and helps more than he could.
Excellent Company!
I recently used Ienergy for insulation work in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the completed installation, the team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. They offered expert advice on the best insulation options for my property, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort. The installation was quick, clean, and to a high standard. I’ve already noticed a significant difference in temperature control and energy savings. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their home’s insulation for free! Brian from Ienergy is a very nice and pleasant man. He was very polite and kept us informed throughout
Very good company
Very good company, very efficient with the service and provided great results
DO NOT USE!!!!
I was initially contacted by Rowan Jackson, about an energy efficiency grant for inner wall insulation, and I cannot exaggerate enough to AVOID this company completely.
I have 2 young children, and they reassured me the house would be in a 'livable' state whilst the work was being carried out - WRONG. There were building materials left everywhere leaving me to have to arrange for alternative living arrangements. Further to this, they've damaged my blinds by putting plaster all over this, and other walls too which I didn't anticipate on having to paint.
After various attempts to contact them, I have been ignored time and time again. This is genuinely been an awful experience
AVOID: This company will destroy your home.
I recently had an EPC survey completed at my home and my property was rated “E”. It’s an old terraced house built in the 1930’s and I was keen to improve my energy rating due to extortionate cost of my gas and electric bills. The surveyors report must have triggered something somewhere as I received a letter through the post from “iEnergy” informing me that because my homes energy rating was so low, I may be eligible for free internal wall insulation through an approved government scheme.
I’d looked into these schemes when I first brought my home back in 2021 but I didn’t qualify as I work full time time and am not in receipt of any benefits.
However, my circumstances had changed at the point I was contacted by iEnergy in March 2024 tas someone in my household had sadly been diagnosed with cancer.
I spoke with Brian on the telephone who seemed sympathetic with my situation and assured me that I would get free loft and internal wall insulation as well as an upgraded HIVE thermostat and sent his daughter Zoe to my home to complete some paperwork and submit the application which I was informed had been accepted.
When the work started, I was spending a lot of time between work and my partners home several miles away so I wasn’t really there to keep tabs on what was going on but my god, I can’t stress enough the carnage they’ve caused in my home. They’ve left it destroyed and half finished.
The people actually completing the work were obviously sub-contracted in and spoke VERY limited English which made any communication extremely difficult. They have completely “bodged” most of the work that has been carried out so far. For example, they built the wall out in one of the upstairs bedrooms without taking into account the loft hatch in the ceiling. Now when the loft hatch is opened, the loft door physically scrapes down along the wall making an audible screeching sound and will obviously damage the wall once it’s decorated and painted. They have fully boarded and plastered over several plug sockets and light fittings through the house and the ones that they have left uncovered, they haven’t burried the back boxes into to new walls so instead they petrude and stick out. They have built the wall out in the living room so far that the door hinges for the door leading upstairs have been completely swallowed up in the new plaster and the hinges are barely visible. The workmen then took it upon themselves to move some old doors that I had placed outside in the back garden but didn’t secure them properly and one of them fell down and smashed my downstairs window. They apologised for this and promised me they would fix it but this was 4 weeks ago and the window remains broken. At the time of writing, the workmen have not been at my property in over a week and the radiators remain off the walls and piled up in the dining room. My family member is currently going through chemotherapy and really feels the cold and I feel totally helpless as there is nothing I can do because of the sheer negligence and failings of this so called company. They have been granted the money from the government pot which is clearly all they care about and there is no one to hold them to account. Or so they think. They are not returning my calls or answering any of my messages. I have sent them several videos and photographs highlighting the damage that has been caused but they haven’t bothered to acknowledge any of them. I’ve been left with no choice but to start legal proceedings through the small claims court but am mindful this is not a quick process so my situation remains hopeless for the foreseeable…
Sincerely, I hope that someone reading this takes note so they don’t make the same mistake as me. Avoid this company at all costs because these cowboys will come in and ruin your home and then ghost you when you want it sorting out.
AVOID IENERGY.ORG.UK LIKE THE PLAGUE
These cowboys claimed they would update my insulation in order to make my property more energy efficient and upgrade my EPC rating, so they started work and that’s when the nightmare unfolded:
1. They flushed out the water out of my boiler and then because of their Incapability and mistakes they could not restart my boiler, it turns out they broke it in the process, at first they said they would repair it, having waited over 2 weeks for their engineer to come out and fix it (with multiple promises of different dates and excuses as to why it wasn’t fixed right away) I was told that they couldn’t fix the boiler. They then went onto say that they would replace the boiler, then after a further week when I questioned them on this, they backtracked and said they weren’t going to replace it as it’s too expensive despite it being completely their fault that it was broke. It’s now been 3 weeks with no hot water or heating and it looks like I’ll have to borrow money in order to fix the problem that they have left me with (over 2000 worth of debt)
2. In addition to this, they promised £100 towards the cost of redecorating after their work, this was also a lie
It’s been 3 weeks and the owner Naser Ali and his associates Rowan, Jaz and Brian have all blocked my phone number, along with the phone numbers of other people who have had the same work done within my area (Stoke on Trent)
I’m in the process of making a complaint against them to trading standards for the misery and debt that they have left me with.
I urge you to please AVOID at all cost for your own benefit, these people are heartless thieves and scammers and deserve the absolute worst, they’ve left 4 young children with no hot water or heating and feel absolutely 0 remorse!
