I booked two flights, 3 passengers on one and 2 on the other. They are same flights different dates. The connecting flight (SQ 8456) for the departure was changed by the airline from 10:35am to 7:05am, the problem is that the connecting flight now takes 35 minutes before the first leg arrives at the airport at 7:40am. I called ieagle on 05/15 and the representative told me that he would contact the airline and email me the next day, but he never did. I called ieagle again later on 05/16 and the representative told me that he would contact the airline and email me within 24 hours. I also sent them email and contact them via live chat, still no response. Now it is almost 24 hours from the last time I called, still nothing yet. Hopefully this gets resolved, crossing my fingers.

Updates: They finally called me back and was able to change my flights.

I booked my ticket with the customer service person and it was a great experience, he could block the ticket without any payment. Also, after purchasing my ticket, I got to know that the carrier chopped my son's name because its too long. They called me next day and alerted me about the possibility of issues at the airport for international flights, so, cancelled it, waited to get the right price and rebooked it. They really cared about my trip and called back. Appreciate it IEagle.

Great service!! I've booked flights through a lot of travel agencies but this one is right at the top. Chirag was excellent in helping find me a flight that fitted my itinerary and within my budget.
