As usual have to give one star to continue. Absolutely a joke. Of course where it comes from says everything. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Total scam

Like many others if I could give negative stars I would.
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order.
I too was sucked in by a very convincing Instagram advert for a middle finger in a box. A joke present for a family member.
Their tracking said it had arrived and after contacting them (surprised they replied) they blamed our local postal services for losing the item and for me to lodge a claim. Here in the UK we have many delivery companies and no company has a record of the order.
I have reconnected them several times but they have ghosted me now.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your money with this company. I would rather have throw the money down the drain than let this rip off company have it.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Takes ages to receive items and when they do eventually turn up they are absolutely nothing like what’s being sold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will regret it if you buy from here. You have been warned.

1 month and 13 days my order has still not arrived

I ordered an advent calendar at the beginning of November and it said it would take 7 to 14 days. It just arrived now on the 19th of December so obviously I had to buy another calendar because it is three weeks into December and the product has taken six weeks to arrive. Never ever ever buy from this company.

Ordered a squish mallow advent calendar at the start of November, it finally arrived 17th December, rubbish quality and sure Christmas is a week away so what's the point?!!
Asked for full refund including postage, they have said they will give me back 50%% Steer clear of this company!!!!

Absolutely appalling, should be shut down for advertising something then sending something which is nothing like the advert.
Bought a Godzilla advent calendar from them for £29.99 for my 7 year old, showing Godzilla figurines each day during December- most of them were paper thin plastic shapes of Godzilla and not an actual figure. He is devastated and I am annoying at wasting so much money on such a poor product. AVOID AND SHUT DOWN THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Utter rubbish

Awful!! DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered the squishmallow advent and after numerous email to get my parcel sent. It arrived 6 weeks late and its little plastic figures no bigger than my thumbnail. The outer packaging is a photo copy and blurry.
So annoyed with myself for not doing research first. Please avoid!

Scam company, ordered a mini squishmallows advent calendar, no details or tracking sent despite emails, raised chargeback with card company and eventually sent details of tracking.

Finally got a parcel which arrived 13th December (for an advent calendar!) but item was very different to what was advertised, a knock-off small rubber toys instead of an official mini soft squishmallows calendar.

I will attempting to return and pursue the chargeback, card company aware it's a scam (NB: I believe Idearock ordered item from a UK company to be sent to me for tracking evidence, much cheaper item than expected/paid for) wish I had read the reviews.

Just to jump on everyone else's similar experience... weeks to deliver, and advent calendar is awfully made and clearly counterfeit. Do not use this company. Cant believe I ordered without checking reviews first, hope this helps someone else.

I ordered an advent calendar on 9th November. After many emails sent which most were not responded to, the poor quality item was delivered on 14th December!!! Correspondence was appalling with my questions of cancelling/returning the order were all ignored.
I have never experienced such bad service and I am still waiting on how to return this item.
Do not use this company.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I placed my order on November 15, 2024, and I still haven't received it. I've emailed several times and have not received any useful information. Every time, I'm just directed to the shipping page, where I see the same message that the shipment is from India to the UK. Because of this, I had to buy another gift for my children, urgently searching for something last minute. I still have no idea if my order will arrive, and of course, I haven’t received any refund.

I truly do not recommend this store.

Order the micromallow advent calendar which arrived after about 6 weeks, totally and obviously fake! The printing on it is awful, the contents are awful. I am absolutely gutted for my children and wish I’d read the reviews before. I am going straight to the bank tomorrow to stop any future payments for this through Klarna (so glad I paid Klarna and not bank card). Just awful!

Avoid the Gilmore girls calendar absolute fake rubbish and most of it isn’t even Gilmore related a plastics coffee stirrer clear not branded , a cut up book of yellow post it notes useless pencil and a bunch of poor quality stickers …. Utter rubbish for £40 it’s a fake copy but not even copied just fill of cheap rubbish

I am surprised anything turned up to be fair however ordered the squishmallows calendar and a little teeny tiny calendar arrives (after over a month) with little plastic figurines which probably cost a couple of quid to make! Glad something turned up as I will turn them into mini Decs for a little squishmallows Christmas tree! Silver lining and all that!

The order consisted of a WWE Advent Calendar – The One With 24 Little Doors × 1. Unfortunately, the product delivered did not meet expectations due to two major issues:

The product was damaged: Upon opening the package, I found that the top row of doors were ripped and other areas of the box had been crushed. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product and has significantly impacted the intended enjoyment of the advent calendar.

The product does not match the description or images on your website: The calendar I received differs substantially from what was advertised. The website pictures clearly show models of WWE Characters. However, or inspecting the damage the characters behind the doors are small plastic cut-outs of characters. The design and contents were entirely different from what was shown online, and the quality fell far below the standard promised on your site.

The shipping time takes a while - 3-4 weeks but it's coming from China so it was to be expected. However, I had no idea it was coming from China when I ordered - I wouldn't have done so if I did.

Customer Service is non-existent. Emails to the customer service email address get an "Automated Response" but even this took 5 days to come through and I'm still waiting for a response.

Dreadful!! Order of an advent calendar took weeks to arrive. Was trying to get shipping update for over a week. Said to them at the end of November I wanted to cancel if it hadn’t yet been shipped. Next day I get a shipment notification and they say I can no longer cancel. Received goods today and total rip off. Advent calendar is tiny and calendar I bought also tiny - probably cost pence to make. Feel totally ripped off!
