Maeve did a great job for us. She was fantastic. She was prompt, truthful and really helped us resolve our tax problems.

Only complaint i have with ideal tax is that they never send paper work by mail. Beside that working with ideal was ok . There customer service is good ! But there are times you can't get a hold of them .

I was hesitant to trust a tax services but when I talked to Maeve Wiley with Ideal tax she made my process so easy and understanding. She made me feel like family and I can appreciate that.

WARNING...Ideal Tax and Ideal Tax Solution...Don't give this scandalous and unethical company your business! The reviews are erroneous, as fake as can be. They changed their DBA, website info and URL (again!) They are trying to change their reputation. There is a class action lawsuit filed by a woman in the PacNW. She has the ADA involved because this company violated all her requests for written communication. She never got a copy of her case when the IRS told her to get it. Ideal Tax makes excuses but it's an easy fix...certified mail. They won't do it because there's proof of illegal practices. They did not keep her private info secure and there was a data breach. They lied about how they could help her and they will lie to you too! They ended up costing her so much more than when she retained them. The Federal Trade Commission is involved also. Her lawsuit has taken several years since she trusted this company to help her but this company must be stopped. Stay tuned for the class action details if you are a victim of this horrible and scam tax company.
