Sunny is a warm person and initially was helpful at supporting operations in our growing consultancy. We had built a new operations dashboard before she joined and she wrote a SOP to manage this and improve handover from sales to operations. Unfortunately, Sunny begun missing scheduled meetings and there would be several days at a time where she was completely unresponsive. This resulted in client operations being dropped and delayed - causing more stress than if we didn't have operational support. Ultimately we ended our contract with Sunny and instead of a professional handover she stopped responding to all emails/didn't complete work in the final 3 weeks of the contract, despite being paid until the end of the month.

From the first contact Sunny was a pleasure to deal with. It was clear my needs were understood and I felt confident any given task was going to be carried out to the highest possible standard. I'm comfortable leaving complex tasks in her hands and do so in the knowledge everything will be done on time, errors picked up and improvements put forward. I have been working with Sunny & the team for some time now. I had approached her to help with some preparation for my company PowerPoints & audits for team performance. With all the will in the world the basic reporting & prep was something I didn’t have the time to do alongside the timely audit.
Sunny planned and prepared with me quickly and efficiently, within two calls she knew what I needed and had it to me within a week.
For me the added support has been a worthy cost. The 10 hour a month package has been the best for me because she helps in all area work and personal life. The team have accommodated me many times especially over Christmas when I need to add more hours to my package to assist with some tight deadlines.

As a busy Managing Director and a single mum I feel that I spend the best part of my life running late for something. The team at Idealpa took control of my diary, fielded unnecessary calls and requests and restored order to my world. No request was ever too much and they proactively managed me in order to ensure they had what they needed in order to provide the support I did not know I needed.
