Do not use this company paid £68.00 for x2 jumpers that never arrived, refused to refund.!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could give this company a review of below zero, I would give such a review to this company. I purchased a product from them that they called a sweater on the product listing. When it arrived, it was a simple sweatshirt made of very poor quality materials. I contacted them telling them I wanted to return it because of the poor quality. They gave me the runaround, taking many weeks to respond to my emails. In the end, they had the nerve to blame me as the customer for choosing the wrong product. I chose the right product, it was just of incredibly poor quality. And, again, it wasn’t a sweater. It was a cheap sweatshirt that you could buy at a Spirit of Halloween store. Do not do business with them.

I was about to place an order for a Christmas jumper. at checkout my Norton popped up and blocked it, warned me of a potential fake site. Just googled it on Trustpilot and seen all these bad reviews. now walking away, close call.

If I could rate 0 stars I would as these frauds don't deserve 1.

Ordered a Christmas jumper and after several weeks of waiting it still hasn't arrived, I reached out to see where my item was only to be told it's already been delivered.

Several messages back and forth with Janet Dang and we're still no further forward, only repeatedly being told it's been delivered and theres nothing they can do.

Avoid this company like the plague unless you like wasting money!

My payed order (Paypal), watch with name RABB on has not come. Order number #pb10566596_18440. I never saw any message of arriving, only that shipment returned Sep 27.2025. I will pay the shipment agai if You can manage to send it again to me.- Roy Rabb, Ojatie 1, 65300 Vaasa Finland.

I ordered 4 custom watches. They sent me a regular watch. One watch they refused to refund me or send me my right order. And now they will not contact me or take my email. I would advise everyone not to do any business with these people.They are not honest

Save your money as their watches are cheap not worth even a fiver... customer service isn't any better.

Edit: Recieved watch after original review. Pleased with the way both items look. Hoping the watch performs well. Changed review to 4 stars...I wish the communication from the company was better and that there was a functional way to communicate with the company about an order.

Original post: Ordered shirt and watch. Package with shirt was sealed, but didn't include the watch. Order tracking claims the whole order was delivered. Can't communicate with the company because they no longer recognize the same email they sent my confirmation to. The phone number is a digital message that lies about sending a communication link to your cell phone.

I ordered my husband a watch for Father’s Day in the watch was supposed to have his name on it. Not only did it not show up in time for Father’s Day, but it showed up and it didn’t have his name on it. I’ve tried reaching Customer Service and all they do is give you a freaking email to send in and I am not happy. Do not use this company. I will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 watches ⌚️ and only received 1. The packaging was very poor and one of the watches had come out the package or stolen.
Had it been package better, this would of not happened.
I've tried resolving this with Icustomine but all I get is endless emails saying they need more time to look into it.
Basically hoping i will give up. Wrong!

Tried to order a specific shirt that was advertised on Facebook (first mistake 😱) then I tried to find it from the actuaL website - the shirt I wanted wasn’t there -tried to contact them through their “contact us” - ridiculous - can’t ever describe that process. 😖Still waiting for a response 🥴 Gave up. Decided to call them, however, under their FAQs, someone asked if they can order over the phone, and they basically said “no”. My other mistake, I didn’t read the negative reviews - glad I didn’t get to deal with this company even though I am disappointed - liked the shirt🥴

Ordered 2 Ugly Christmas Sweaters on 7-Dec, with hopes that they would arrive by Christmas. Here we are on 30-Dec and still no sweaters.
The tracking they give you is very generic:

Can't cancel order or get a refund, as I didn't ready the fine print (that's on me). They give you 45 days for delivery before you can actually get a refund. Which is crazy, because when you order it says standard shipping is 3 - 10 days (add up to 10days for customized orders). Again, I didn't read the fine print, so that's on me. NEVER AGAIN will I get suckered from Facebook store purchases!!!

Very poor. Poor customer service. Quality of products extremely poor. Ordered a small and a medium Xmas jumper - more like XXL. Therefor can not wear them. Contacted customer services and no reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

their tracking doesnt work, I thought it was fake but luckily after over a month it came. I would size up. printing quality is good
