Great Service, goes above and beyong to make things right. The quality is good, however there were some issues that were corrected quickly and they ate the cost to make it right.

Fasrt: I ordered custom boxes for my small bakery from iCustomBoxes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their customer service team guided me in selecting the right box, and the entire order was delivered within just 5 days. I was genuinely impressed by their responsiveness and support throughout the process!

We've experienced a number of problems with the product provided:

1. The most significant problem is almost every label of the 100's we've used so far are either cut right through both the label layer and the backing layer or not cut through the label layer sufficiently. This has caused regular paper jams in our printers and makes peeling the labels time consuming in order to avoid tearing.

2. Labels have not always been cut parallel to the margins making the labels useless.

3. Labels have been printed with varying margins so our printed text does not align with the label, again, making the labels useless.

4. Finally, I was assured the labels were being printed in Canada. This was not true. They were printed in Pakistan, which I have no problem with, however, there were concerns about tariffs. I was lied to.

I contacted the company with these issues and no reply was received.

They are the go to custom box printing service that accommodates any design or size of box we have imagined. Their customer service is excellent and we will be using them for all of our custom box printing needs. Fast shipping international to Canada too. Thank you.

FAKE 5-star ratings, really bad experience & wasted $8000 on my order. They aren't even ready to compensate, NO MONEY BACK or REDO the job. I went through PayPal dispute, no wonder they know how to protect their SPAM they are doing to sellers. This is even not a real company BUT outsourcing every boxes from PAKISTAN. They aren't located in Toronto BUT Using VIRTUAL ADDRESS , having a call center in PAKISTAN. There phone number registered in Philadelphia, office in Toronto (no employee works there) I double checked visiting on their mentioned website address (totally FAKE). I will sui them further if PayPal doesn't find helpful.

SUMMARY:
- NO MONEY BACK.
- NO GURANTEE ON CUSTOMIZATION.
- BAD PRINTING QUALITY.
- FAKE COMPANY / SCAMMERS.
- PROVIDES DAMAGE PRODUCTS.
