What made my experience great was that most of the work was done for me. As a homeschool parent, it can be daunting to have to piece everything together. The I Create Art Box takes all of the hard work away, which helps me enjoy including art in our homeschool. Thank you, I Create Art!

Thank you for being like Santa and checking your list twice! You sent email to me letting me know where my shipment was in stages. (Order received, shipped, etc) I really liked knowing. Once I received my shipment I noticed how neatly packed the box was. I received multiple shipments in one box and packing slips. I went through the box and checked off product on the slips making sure I received all products. Thank you, I did receive every ordered product which I am happy with Creat Art, there were no hiccups so I didn't have to face handling that, for which I am grateful. The only negative I can think of, was how long it took from placing order to reciept.

Although I initially thought my order was misplaced, I Create Art shipped it express at no expense and included a free tote bag! I know nothing about anime but think my granddaughter, a fan of it, will love this. I got multiple packages to accompany our cultures/countries and ecosystems study for our homeschool. The activities have been so much fun-although I will say they are geared towards 8+ mostly. A few we are setting aside for later. This company has amazing customer service and a great product. HIGHLY recommend!

UPDATE: they accepted back the unused art kit and sent a simpler set. Good for them (raised review from 1 star) but it's still crazy over-priced for what you get (rated 3 stars.)
FIRST REVIEW: This stuff is way too advanced for my teen and because we had opened the box and looked at one video to see what it was all about, they refused to let us return the kit, which was entirely unused. What a shame for her to lose all that money when she really just wanted to make some art!

I received the wrong item. I called and sent an e-mail. They confirmed that they would see what they could do. I have heard nothing in over a week. Still waiting.
