Poor customer service and poor quality products
Poor customer service and they do not stand behind their products.
I am 15 days in trying to get them to warranty an upper control arm on my 2022 Bronco Wildtrac.
It takes 2 days minimum to get a response via email.
I have called many times and never get through.
Each time I wait 2 days for an email response, the response does not solve my issue and the responses have been less than helpful.
All said and done, my Bronco is still down and Icon will not warranty the part. Wasted 15 days!
The issue I am having is a quality issue in my opinion.
I will never consider buying from Icon again
