Excellent work, fair pricing, and communicates well!

On Time, professional, Friendly,

Was told it would take x hours. They charged me for 2.3times that for two full journeymen. One guy was a labor with two days experience and took more time to teach stuff than he saved. It was continuous and stressful not a fun experience. Not putting the name or right date thank you.

Terrible customer service and consistency to his word!!!! No honor or integrity!!! After being paid in full, we still didn’t get a real conversation. He wrote in a text that he would take 1,000 off the labor fee due to the problems we had and poor communication but didn’t follow through. He showed up unannounced when we didn’t expect him to and shut off our power with NO conversation or consideration to us and left without confronting us in person as both my husband and I asked for and left us in the dark, no word.
The ONLY positive thing about this whole nightmare experience was Mani, his electrician who was a Godsend, honest, kind, and went above and beyond to help us.

My generator doesn’t work there’s a hole in my wall garbage in my yard and have been lied to about coming back to fix it and over charged for parts with no invoice

Tony did a great job coming in town to help us with an emergency service. Something that could’ve been a potential disaster was easily resolved. Thanks again Tony. Highly would recommend.

ICON rocks! They do a great job...they have done 3 jobs for me...two of them major. They're flexible and adapt to changes well. Their attention to detail is beyond reproach. They work very well with other subs and work well with back and forth developments of construction projects.

Tony and Lane responded immediately to my desperate call in the beginning of the worst wind storm the valley had seen in a decade and worked over six hours in 80 MPH gusts reinstalling. Throughout it all, they were professional, competent, funny and kind. They didn't know me and didn't question whether I was willing or able to pay. They responded as human beings who happen to be very, very good at all things electrical. If I could give them a 10, it would make it 100!

Manny & Lane were Awesome installing new outlets in our outdoor area. They also cleaned up my 60 year old electrical panel box and brought it up to the 2025 era.
