I had travelled a significant distance to visit i2i given their unparalleled selection of frames from different manufacturers. I was greeted, introduced to the shop and then left to peruse and try on frames I liked the look of, all while being checked in on by the non-invasive and highly professional staff. When I had begun to narrow down my choices I was then talked through all of the options (including a myriad of colours and staff suggestions) before finally picking a set I loved. Then followed measurements and I was told, that because the make the lenses in-house, I would return in an hour for frame adjustments and the lenses fitted. STUNNING service. We will be back again, I now have a taste for Cutler and Gross and look forward to a continued relationship with i2i as my glasses wearing journey continues! Simply wonderful experience.

As usual first class treatment both professionally and customer service aspects , I have had hospital ophthalmic consultations and optical health checks since autumn 2023 , due to Stephen,s concern at my last eye test ,

Stephen and the i2i team are so friendly and helpful. I recently had to get an emergency appointment - the consultation was thorough and reassuring so thank you for that. My family and I have been customers for several years and I have no hesitation in recommending i2i.

Shhh dont tell eveeyone but i2i is probably the best wee opticians in Glasgow.
We switched to them from the usual high street store and the experience could not have been better.
The staff are all friendly, knowledgable, caring. Fantastic range, from everyday to high end fashion and you dont ever feel rushed - you feel like a customer rather than just an appointment.

Earlier this year my wife had her first visit to I2i and received the best customer service she has had at an opticians. I had no hesitation to return and visited the store to get my new glasses. Amazingly I had my eyes tested, frames picked and walked out the store with my new glasses within 90 minutes. The level of customer service, skill and knowledge you get from I2i sets itself apart from the high street chains.

I visited the Glasgow Howards Street store today, I couldn't be happier the expertise and professionalism of the three staff members in store today, it was first class + . They took their time with me, advised what was best for me, and I felt no pressure for a sale.
Today where its hard to find good customer service I was astounded how differently this store was dealing with my new eyewear.
Looking forward to 121 Opticians being my go to store for eyewear.

Having been a customer for well over 20 years I have nothing but praise for the quality of service and expertise given by i2i. The staff are always courteous and considerate. I would have no problems in recommending friends to use the firm for all optical matters.

I recently visited i2i in City Center for an eye exam with Mr. Stephen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mr. Stephen was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk me through every detail of my exam. He was patient, kind, and made sure I understood all aspects of my eye health, which really put me at ease.

Afterward, David assisted me with selecting new frames, and he was fantastic! With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming, but David made the process enjoyable and stress-free. He has an amazing eye for style and helped me find frames.

If you are a Glasgow-based glasses-wearer and are not choosing i2i optometrists, then I feel sad for you.The staff were a delight to talk to on my recent visit to collect 2 pairs of glasses ordered through my local branch in Finnieston.I expected to wait an hour to get some lenses fitted but it was done while I chatted to Alexandra, Jen and Stephen, who fitted my reading glasses for me and explained the prescriptions.I am delighted with my glasses, and the service I received. As with my local branch, it was a personal, welcoming experience.In a world where everything is becoming automated and impersonal, it is a pleasure to be reminded that a few independent businesses, like this one, still place high value on the human being they are providing a service to.
