Warranty Ignored – Defective Unit, No Response
I purchased several units from them and recently received an email from Wing bits identifying an electrostatic discharge issue resulting in 10 times decreased rewards.
I reached out to Hyfix six times over the last month with no response.
The issue has been recognized for my serial number by Wing bits who sent out an email. I have sent them an attached screenshot along with my order number showing the significant drop in Rewards.
There are completely unresponsive.
