The engineers who attended site were brilliant especially Mick who had attended site the previous day.
They represented you company with pride and dignity.

Arrived on site late and then could not park.
This meant returning the next day.
Then the invoice was double what we had been quoted.

We had a reprensentative come in to quote for cleaning, which was very reasonable. I placed the order and then someone agreed with the Site manager that extra day were required without consultating with me. The price tripled without my knowledge and you are expecting immediate payment from £1020 to £3400.
I had someone in to quote to avoid this and you still went ahead.

Spot on communication good delivery also well planned and executed

Daily sales emails wont stop. Emailed asking them to stop, called Aaron Hendricks asking him to stop. Promised I'd be removed from their mailing list yet still the emails keep coming. Never done any work with the company and never will.

A. What they. Say is not what they do
B it was a 2 man job. Only 1 man came
C it was 2 hour job - he left in a hour
D I prepaid £1050 - that’s what they say they charge - way to excessive
E I raised my issues - which was a total waste of time

There was a billing issue on our end but Bara was very calm and informative and patient, happy to help us out with all the info we needed and we were finally able to sort it all out. Big thanks to Bara for their patience and helping us resolve this!

De communicatie over afhandeling van onze klacht verloopt zeer traag en onprofessioneel door de betreffende office manager en wordt afgedaan met "U bent akkoord gegaan met de prijs zoals eerder aan u geoffreerd" zonder enige inhoudelijke reflectie over onze bedenkingen wat betreft de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Nothing short of harassment. Received a phone call from someone called Gaurav Limbu offering their services. Advised them they're Croydon based and we're Manchester based so will never use them as would always use a local company. For months now he's been phoning every single day and sending incessant emails, it's like he doesn't remember having had the same conversation that morning. I emailed back yesterday and copied in their sales team to ask for the emails and calls to stop, we're never ever going to use them. Had confirmation I would be taken off their list, apologies etc. 7:52 this morning another email off him asking if he could be of service!!!!!!!! Infuriating

Customer service were very helpful and the job was completed within stated timelines.

So many spam emails from this company

Very disappointing service, explicitly requested a 18m3 tanker and got a 9m3 capacity tanker. No apology for this and quite aggressive over the phone. Also the actual cost came in over the quoted value. Definitely not using this company again.

Very good, communication between the surveyor and consultant booking the appointment needs to be improved. The surveyor arrived on site and didn't know what they were meant to be surveying and I had to try to explain over the phone.

I wasn't on site when the work was undertaken but our tenants are now happy so I am pleased with the work.

The office staff were very efficient in terms of scheduling, sending updates and the team attending to site were mindful of the site needs and followed the site protocols.
