Had a fabulous experience of undergoing my 1st ever hair surgery last year and it was a very successful one. Did my research and chose HWT, right from the start communication was clear from Hugo and informative helping make my decision. It was a wonderful experience right from arriving in the country, transportation to and from the hotel/airport and trips to the clinic. The surgery itself was smooth, well planned and successful in all fronts with experienced team handling it perfectly. Was lucky enough to receive full team attention that day.
Would recommend Hugo and Team @ HWT to anyone seeking any hair/cosmetic surgery.

Communication was great before, during and after the procedure. Traveling was effortless and the procedure was professional and smooth

Amazing experience. Greatly communicated before flying out and everything was at ease. Upon arriving, service provided was Superb, with all the transfers covered and a stay at a very nice hotel.
Procedure itself was flawless and easy. The team were excellent, and made the experience something which I would recommend to anyone.
Upon being taken to the airport and flying home, the information I received on aftercare was perfect. Informative YouTube videos have also been very helpful, and any questions I had were answered straight away. Been 9 months since I did my hair transplant and results coming out amazing and I can say it’s one of the best decisions made in my life. Something which I hugely thank Hugo and the HWT clinic for.

Amazing experience. Hugo was always so responsive when I had questions regarding the procedure & trip.

Recently used HWT, the airport/hotel/clinic ransport service and hotel were very good standard. The team in the clinic are all friendly and professional.
Hugo responds to any text messages I send with 5 mins, very impressed.
Ensure you book a checked in bag for aftercare treatment pack on the flight home, there's alot of liquids. :)

I recently had a hair transplant operation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From transportation to the operation and post-care, everything was seamless. A special thanks to Mr. Uğur for his assistance and thorough answers, both before and after the procedure. Overall, it was a positive and satisfying experience.

I had a great experience using HWT. This is the second time I've been in just under 3 years to complete the full top from front too back and I have to say I'm made up. Dealing with Hugo from start to finish was easy and always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions. The day of the procedure was smooth and painless due to the sedation. The media guy is hilarious and once he locks on with his camera, good luck escaping. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for someone looking to go ahead with it. Thanks Hugo and your amazing team!

Just returned having had my hair treatment with HWT. This was the second treatment that I've had, the first in London with a different firm. I'm pleased to say that my experience with HWT was far superior in communication, time keeping, availability to answer questions, handholding and most importantly the treatment itself.
On the day of the treatment, I felt assured by staff, the oversight and care provided by Dr. Asuman Dincer.
Though it's early days, my post treatment has been relatively painless when compared to the first time around.
If I had to think had to find something they need to improve on, it would be the need to abolish their high 9% fee charged on card payments. *ProTip* Avoid fee by taking cash, in Euro from your home country. ATM at the Airport do allow for Euro withdrawal but amounts are limited and charges vary from 5 - 8.6%.

Had my transplant done around two weeks ago. Team were brilliant very clean and professional. Would like to mention Hugo also he has been absolutely brilliant with me from start to finish. Thank you hwt clinic I am exited for the journey.

It’s nerve wracking flying to a country where you don’t speak the language for a medical treatment but Hugo and the team from HWT did a fantastic job of preparing it all and making sure everything ran smoothly. On the day all the staff were friendly and professional, taking care of me and doing their job really well.
I would absolutely recommend HWT clinic to anyone looking for a hair transplant.

Was on my own and quite nervous at the start of the day but the whole team did so well to set me at ease. It's a really slick operation they have there and your never waiting around for too long. The actual implant procedure was split up really well and I was talked through the whole thing with real care and attention. I never felt ignored at all. Genuinely really impressed with it and they did a great job with my hair!! Also took me back to my hotel and fed me during the day. The anaesthetist was great at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it which is really important if you are nervous. They also had a lovely person who kept checking back on me through the morning and afternoon to see how i was doing. Basically can task for more than that! Also gave me a great aftercare package to help with pain and healing in the aftermath of the implants!

I just had my hair transplant procedure in HWT, the entire process was very smoothly, from the pickup at the airport, hotel stay, transfer between hotel and clinic were all very well organised.

On the day of the procedure, I was received by the fantastic team that went through all the details for the day and they provided a great service. They were all very attentive and great communication before, during and after the procedure.

As an English-speaking patient from abroad the thought of making this trip can be worrisome for anyone. HWT does great by keeping in contact with you before you depart, after you land, and coordinate driver pickup from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic, and everything in between.

With a dedicated translator at the facility, I was taken step by step by an entire team to check my body vitals, outlining my requests for the procedure, and finally performing the procedure itself. I also got to meet other patients who had returned for further work who provided real testimonials for the success of their first operation and their reasons for returning.

If in the future I would like more to be done I would have no hesitation booking another appointment and returning to HWT.

Everything went so smoothly from the moment you landed at the airport to the operation! The team was so lovely and kind and helpful and made you feel very welcome. I don’t speak Turkish but that wasn’t a problem at all because everyone could speak English and made sure I understood everything I needed to know

The whole experience was perfect, from my 1st consultation on the phone with Hugo to the actual procedure it was very well organised, the staff were very friendly and professional, the clinic was very clean and I felt safe at all times, The hotel we stayed in was very nice and we had no issues with our transfers they were always on time and made the trip so much easier, I would 100% recommend Hair World Turkey and I can’t wait to see my results.

This was my second procedure in three years having been to a well-known clinic in the past. I found HWT were professional and highly skilled. I was treated by a kind team that attended to my every need. All questions were answered honestly in terms of setting realistic expectations. The clinic itself was nice, new and spotless. The procedure was quick, clean and delivered significantly better post procedure results than my previous treatment. It was painless and unlike the previous clinic, I felt far more confident in the staff. As a smaller clinic they don’t have a large group of customers to attend to which is excellent for their patient who receives a lot of attention and support.

In comparison to the well-known clinic; HWT Clinic have great staff who are skilful and great and helping a patient feel comfortable. I felt like a valuable patient rather than customer, there was no pressure and the communication was clear.

Special shout-out to Hugo who was an excellent communicator (the guy stayed up till 1am until my delayed flight landed to ensure I found the driver). Thank you Hugo

Had a very good experience with Hugo and his team. From start to finish he was very thorough and left no stone unturned in making what could be a daunting/embarrassing experience for some as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The nurses, technicians and doctors at the clinic are very safe, clean and experienced. It's not a botch shop like some places. I'm a few days post opp now so I'm hoping to see some results in the coming weeks but after my experience here I'm positive.

My experience was utterly excellent from the moment of initial contact with Quonomedical...

The initial advisors (Alison & Maira) are very helpful and patient as they answered a hundred different questions... and they even helped me extend my stay to 7 nights (inexpensive and HIGHLY recommended!) so I could enjoy a week's holiday before the hair transplant procedure.

I was offered a number of options, with different budgets and different types of procedure. I chose HWT, which was the most expensive option, based on the reviews I had read already, and it was worth every penny.

HWT & Hugo were so professional in every sense, prior to travel, we were sent a video walk through of Istanbul Airport to show is where to meet our representative, who then arranged private and luxury transportation to our hotel.

We then enjoyed a very nice stay in the Titanic Hotel… and throughout the week, Hugo from HWT kept in touch via WhatsApp, with informative videos about what you should expect, including a walk around of the clinic, and “what happens on the day of your hair transplant” which was very re-assuring.

After my weeks holiday, a driver collected me with a luxury car on the day of the procedure and we made the short journey to the clinic. What can you say? It was very clinical with friendly, professional staff who made me comfortable and at ease in every sense… everything was as expected due to the informative video’s from Hugo and the whole day lasted a little over 7 hrs before I was returned to the hotel.

The implant procedure itself I can only describe as like a visit to a dentist for a filling, it’s a little uncomfortable, but the slight pain was in no way unmanageable. On the one occasion I actually grimaced… the staff immediately asked me where the pain was coming from, and administered another injection to numb that part of my head. I can’t say anything about the harvesting, as the sedative put me to sleep for the best part of four hours… when I woke up, harvesting was complete, as were the implants on the back of my head… and then it was time for lunch!

The next day, I was collected again and taken back to HWT for my first wash, and again, the service was excellent and informative. The day after that, we were once again collected by luxury transport and returned to the airport for our flight home…

When I returned home, the swelling was quite bad and my only recommendation here would be more medication from the clinic to help with this in the event it does not subside in 4 / 5 days, as you can’t get these meds in England… and if you take Ibuprofen or Naproxen, as I did, it makes the Edmema worse! Hugo however was once again full of advice and assurance, and as ever, he was right!

It’s now been three weeks since my procedure and Hugo is still in touch periodically to ask for an update on my progress, or answer any question I have…

I can confidently say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I would not hesitate to recommend HWT and indeed Quonomedical, to anyone looking to head to Turkey for a procedure.
