Good, clear help and action. We are happy to have our legal matter related to the deposit return from a previous landlord resolved, within ~20 days of approaching HuurTeam Nederland. Fees may be considered a bit high as per the risk to reward ratio; but I guess that's still fine; as I imagine that is their incentive to take appropriate action in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with Huurteam Nederland and the job they did with my case. After 5 years of living in NL, I returned to my country. When I wanted to recover my deposit, I found that the real estate agency I had sent my deposit to when renting my apartment was reluctant to give it back to me. They were trying to gaslight me, saying that they already made the transference, and when I asked for proof of that transference, they started ignoring my emails and calls.
