I love renting from Hurr for special occasions. It’s better for the environment and I wear something different.

Rented a dress and a bag for my wedding and both items were perfect! Can't reccomend enough and glad to be a circular bride

Fabulous service and Hurr also includes the added bonus that if you do not like your item or it does not fit that you can return within 24 hours and receive a refund! The lady I rented from was very helpful and kind and the dress arrived very quickly!

Really easy to navigate the website - from messaging, to renting and even returning. I’ve used other rental websites before but this experience seemed so much easier! Will definitely be using again

I have used HURR a number of times for times and there is such great quality items to rent on the platform. So far all of the lenders have been fantastic and the platform itself is super easy to use with some great features like being able to easily link your tracking. I am a big fan of renting outfits for occasions and HURR is really seeing me through my wedding guest era.

The lender communicated well and was helpful every step of the way. The dress fit and looked great on me. I hired it for two back to back weddings and got lots of compliments. Often I purchase dresses for events that I never wear again which makes me feel wasteful and horrible. This has changed everything now - it is such a great sustainable alternative. I have more events coming up and I'll be looking to HURR for more future outfits xx

Always love renting from HURR. I’ve borrowed some beautiful dresses and rented and sold some of my own here. It’s great!
The only things I find slightly annoying (the the last being the most) I wish there was a telephone line to call sometimes if there is a question, a way to add “meet in person” for tracking as well as early sending back tracking. As at the moment you get emails telling you to send your item back when you already have. Which add a bit of anxiety sometimes that you might be scammed by the lender or renter. However I always choose to renter from “highly rated” lenders.

The Hurr rental experience is fantastic. I needed a dress at short notice for my dad’s funeral and I wanted something special. The filter settings on the website make searching for exactly what style, colour etc you want very easy. I ordered at 11am and my dress was with my by the following morning. It came beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. It made the outfit part of a touch week very easy - which was a relief. I have used Hurr for five other occasions and always the same satisfaction. At this rate I will never buy an occasion dress again - renting is the way forward.

I had an issue with a rental (in the condition it arrived) and the HURR team responded only after my rental period was over (5 days response time). I don’t feel my issue was really acknowledged or remedied, I will be avoiding this company going forward and would recommend others look in to rental alternatives. Very unimpressed with response time, action and lack of support.
