Amazing dress and such a fabulous concept! I adored having a designer dress for my evening wedding.

I managed to find a beautiful dress for a formal dinner, which came from a really helpful and responsive lender who quickly answered all my questions about fitting and other things. Absolutely would rent again!

Absolutely love using HURR! So easy, amazing dresses - have rented a few times from here and they always arrive in great condition and on time!

Using Hurr is easy and transparent in regards to rental and postage costs, timings for delivery and when you are expected to return. It is simple to contact the person your are renting from also, and log tracking information. I would certainly use again! Great range of dresses - the one I rented turned up on time, smelling wonderful and in perfect condition. So much fun to wear!

Seller communicated well and the item I hired arrived before the event I needed it for. App is easy to use and makes the rental process so easy. Have now listed my own items on there following rental.

I wanted a dress for an event, so opted for the 3 day hire, after checking the information on their website. The dress was stunning, fitted perfectly and was ideal for my function. Unfortunately this is where the issues started as with-in 5 minutes of wearing it, the smell of stale body odour wafted up which made it unwearable. This is known as odour rebloom, whereby oils and bacteria have not been removed properly and body heat generates the odour! I contacted straight away via the only source of communication, which is E-Mail. As per instructions on their website it clearly states that the start date is the date your item should arrive and the end date is when you should have sent your item back, and if this is a Sunday then you should send back on the Saturday or Monday. Would anyone leave a £2500 dress on a postoffice counter or post through a post box without proof of postage? The dress was needed for the Saturday so my 3 day hire was compliant with the website. Trying to get a refund is proving difficult as I did not report with-in 24 hours (?)or post back on a Sunday. The dress was left by a plant pot on my front door step - I tried it on, Friday evening and reported the following lunch time. The smell was not noticeable when trying on due too time frame - Seconds instead of minutes. This really is unacceptable as hiring goods should still be fit for purpose. Luckily I had a back up outfit to wear but had minutes spare to change before my taxi arrived. Hiring an outfit is a good way to save money and recycle but I would be cautious of the cleaning methods used and use a company that responds to you business times as waiting for any reply from this company is very slow and they don't read what you actually write - Instead send you their terms and conditions, which was complied with...

Really disappointing support service in regards to a dress I bought that was to big. I was told I would be able to return yet now trying to get the address to send it back to has been awful. It takes so long for them to reply to an email and then you have to wait again. Been going on over a week and still no response on details to send it back. It’s an expensive dress and overall really disappointed.

I love renting for occasions, it’s a cheaper and more sustainable option for items I wouldn’t be wearing often anyway.
