Best costumer service.
I will say I had an issue with with a product I bought from them. I wrote customer service and they were super responsive and helpful. I would buy from them again just based on how good their customer service was.

Unexpectedly Good.
Ok so! You're all probably here to see if this is some kinda cheap Chinesium crap right? Well I can confidently tell you that this scope isn't that.
-Does it look wonky? Sure, sure it does but that was their design choice and its good to be different!
-Does it perform? Absolutely! It is definitely heavier than you'd expect and the materials they use are pretty top notch stuff. Dropping it a few times does scuff it up but it still aims true!
-Is this a Trijicon? No and that is fine, its not supposed to be. Its a product offering a similar experience at a fraction of the price.
-Customer Service? Fantastic. These guys will literally help you in any way to make it right. There was once a manufacturing issue with the quick detach systems and what did these guys do? Shipped buyer's new, better and fixed ones absolutely free on their dime.
To sum it up, this thing feels and performs much better than you'd expect. For the cheap price point its a good entry point into a functional 4x32 optic.
Don't be afraid to give it a whirl, you can always send it back if you aren't happy with it!

The scope was clear and adjustments were accurate. My only negative is the eye relief, it scoped me sighting it in. I used 7.62x39 caliber, might be better for .556 caliber! Good scope overall though!!!
