What a company
What a company! I ordered the product one day and the courier was on on my doorstep at 7:10am the following morning delivering it. The refubished model I purchased was extremely well packaged and was in as new condition and operates as if it were new as well. Plus there was a little freebe gift inside. And best of all, it was all at very fair and resonable price.
Quality product, Quality customer relations, and Quality service. What else could you ask for.

What made the experience great? Having someone return your call (despite not leaving a message) lol. Been a while since I have used a computer and was nervous about buying refurbished, but after checking reviews (and getting Goldcard discount), I decided to go ahead. Great honest advice on the need or otherwise of add-ons, made me comfortable with the product and company. Package arrived overnight and was beyond expectations. Definitely advise opening the gift bag sooner rather than putting it aside for later as the small additions were in there (saves an embarrassing call about things missing lol). Can't fault the product, service and follow up.

My son broke his chrome book for the third time. I wasn’t going to pay full price again. Then I found Hungry PC that offered a great price for a great refurbished Chromebook. The delivery was so fast (it took 26 hours to receive it), so that my son was able to sit for the exam okay. I was actually very impressed. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Delivery was prompt. The unit operated as expected.
In consideration of refurbished vs new - we live in a throw away world! If electronics such as the laptop I ordered can be refurbished as a reliable and fit for purpose unit - that has to be a plus.
I considered the price of the refurbished unit well worthy of consideration also.
