I never received my product. They said it was out for delivery. It's now into June and my emails now keep getting returned. Wish I'd read the review. This company is a complete scam and, once again, I've lost money to another chinese company- sorry to name the country but it's happened 3 times now!! I will never order products shipping from there ever again!!

Absolute scammers! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GOODS! Always told its shipping delays and then no communications at all. Use section 75 of the credit consumer act in the UK if used a credit card for payment to get your money back. This outfit are complete scammers!

This is a scam. I had to dispute the transaction from my bank after nothing was delivered for 4 weeks. They are still contesting to take my money without even delivering anything. They keep sending automated replies promising that the order will be delivered. They are a scam.

Går inte att se att paketet ens lämnat china efter en månad! Företaget vill inte betala tillbaka, skräpfirma! Handla ej av dessa bedragare!

This is a scam website! I'm annoyed that I fell for it but it seems legit at the time. I wish check Trustpilot as I would usually do! They are selling totally fake items and advertising on Instagram - took over a month to get an actual Temu item in the end but should have been a top end item. I'm now in the process of getting my money back with legal teams!

I placed an order on March 1st and received an email on March 3rd stating it was "about to ship." Yet, as of March 21st, it still hasn't shipped.

I reached out for an update, but they provided no further details. When I requested a refund, their response was:

"Once an order is placed, it is prepared for dispatch immediately. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cancel a completed order."

Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid.

I purchased from a Facebook ad not knowing the store behind it. It’s been 2 months with multiple emails to Humds who claim my stuff should have arrived. They take weeks to reply back, now seeing the trust pilot reviews this appears a total scam. Facebook didn’t disclose who I was purchasing the items from which is frustrating. Beware, Don’t buy from these scammers.

Scam, order a vacuum but 3 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails but no replies. Do not buy anything from this company.

We need to know where to complain against this fake company. I have baught a robot vacum and what I got is unbelievable a toy vacuum, I have emailed them many times with no response. Dont waste your money with them. Really waste of money and 100%scam.

I ordered the jumper start cables.. on Dec 1 .. haven’t received anything yet.. they keep pulling me along trying to go over the date for no return.. PayPal said if I don’t get anything by the 29 I will get a full refund

My update.. never received the jumper cables.. but got a refund!!

I ordered a self cleaning Vacum and what I was sent was utter rubbish, the box was torn, the item did not switch on. I contacted customer services who said I should return the item to their warehouse in the Netherlands along with a copy of the postage receipt and they would process a full refund. That was 5 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them.

I would strongly urge you not to purchase from this outfit it’s a pure scam.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered the Eureka E20 Plus Self-Cleaning Robot Vacuum but received a completely different and cheaper (almost a toy) product. I immediately contacted their customer support and initially had good communication with daily responses.

They told me the product I ordered was out of stock, even though it’s still listed as available on their website. They offered me an alternative model, but after asking for the name and specifications, I stopped receiving any replies. It’s now been 30 days without any updates, despite my repeated attempts to get in touch.

This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency and professionalism is very disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
