The collar is good quality and I am pleased with the engraving. The communication was excellent. I had a grievance with the actual way it was delivered and had a quick response to my email on the subject.

Received item that was faulty. Replied immediately and issued refund on receipt of photos. Disappointed with item but 1st Class Customer service.

The writing on the collar was blurred and illegible.

I ordered xl and received a small although the label said xl when measured it was a small. So it's no good for my dog at all.

The pink shimmer collar came with inscription perfect it's a little big for a small but it's bang on. The baby pink with diamante is not as advertised it has two small strips of diamante and the inscription is a little blurry, again a little big for a S but she's longhair so it'll be perfect soon enough. The delivery took quite a while, and was not the easiest to understand the tracking details I think they're shipped from another country? Overall I'd get the hot pink shimmer again but not diamante and I wouldn't be paying that price again, far better alternatives on places like Etsy.

Absolutely terrible. The collar just falls off in your hand. Avoid these absolute charlatans. I want my money back!

The cat collar I was sent was so bulky and the buckle was huge. I have a male savannah cat who weights 1.5st..... it was way to big for him. It went round our dogs neck who is a Spanish hound. I contacted them to see if there was anyway they could help me but the company was not willing to help at all. Very disappointed
