Fantastic website, really well laid out and so much information - much more than any other website which offer similar products. The customer service is phenomenal and they will go out of there way to assist you and answer all questions. Delivery is always quick and no issues with any orders.

HUK Aesthetics customer service is absolutely the best! Nick and Jess are incredibly helpful - if you’re in the area, you’re always welcome to pop in and see them. They’ll go above and beyond to get your order to you quickly, and nothing is ever too much hassle.

They even have a super helpful WhatsApp group where they reply almost instantly, making it so easy to get advice or answers when you need them. The products are exceptional - I don’t use anyone else for my aesthetics orders now, unless it’s something they don’t stock (which is very rare).

They’re also brilliant at sending over any product info you need so you can pass it on to your clients. Honestly, they make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Have been using HUK Aesthetics for the past month and today they have excelled themselves. When an emergency Saturday morning delivery of a much needed product didn’t arrive I had to cancel the client appointment. I got in touch and they were straight on the case (bearing in mind they aren’t even open weekends). Unfortunately the product still hadn’t arrived by this morning (Monday) and I had my client rebooked in at 5pm - cue panick mode. I needn’t have worried, HUK aesthetics went above and beyond and the lovely Jess personally drove the product over to my clinic (over an hour away!). Couldn’t recommend their customer service enough. One very grateful aesthetic practitioner!!

Im absolutely amazed by the company customer service. My parcel was lost by royal mail HUK anesthetic went beyond and above to solve the problem and retrieved my order. The product are best quality for lowest prices. Honestly I can't thank them enough and praise them enough. I will be definitely back for more of your high quality products, am simply amazed 👏 😍

Good products and product price but poor delivery method. I had to cancel 2 clients as a result. Tracking from Royal Mail mostly not working and when it did said a delivery time that never happened. Would love to continue ordering from you if you changed your courier
