I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I definitely wasn’t expecting such poor quality either. The shoes looked great online, but in person they felt extremely cheap and extremely uncomfortable. Even Primark shoes feel better made. Very disappointed compared to the advertising. DO NOT PURCHASE Victoria Slingback Heels.

SCAM ALERT! They charged my card, but never sent order confirmation. Finally after I followed up, they sent the wrong shoe size, then claimed I confirmed it was OK to send wrong shoe size, and would not refund me unless I pay full price for shipping the shoes back to the UK. Avoid at all costs!

my experience is here on the comments. But AVOID. They are plastic, stink of chemicals. Come in a plastic bag, no box, covered in glue. Wrong size was sent to me aswell. They are coming from Thailand which is where I am not being forced to pay to return them too. PayPal are not helping me either. This company offered me a 20% refund to keep the wrong sized damaged shoes. And would not offer anything else. Would not accept a return or replacement for the incorrect show size.
This site is a scam. Save yourself the time and money. I'm now down $300 including what I've paid to return them and I have nothing

Trash. They claim fast shipping and it took 20 days. They try to disguise the fact that they are shipped from china by repackaging them when they arrive in California. They were sent in a padded envelope, so the back of the heels was all crushed. A dent in the toe of one of the shoes. The color was a completely different red than in the picture. The toe was a different shape than the picture. The stitching on the instep was cut poorly so that the white inside of the fabric was visible. They tacked on a “shipping protection” charge after I ordered, which I did not authorize. I’m sure their “30 day hassle free” returns are going to turn out to be a hassle and I’m sure they will offer me a partial refund and to keep the shoes. Which I have no desire to do. I can get better quality shoes at Walmart.
EDIT: their “30 day, no questions asked, hassle-free return policy” is literally a lie. They asked questions, kept giving me the run around and offering alternatives, and wanted me to return them to china instead of CA (which is the origin of the shipping label that was on the package when it arrived to me).

I was offered a partial refund of 25% and found it to be a fair and good solution. The communication was clear and everything was handled properly.

I really liked the service they provided. There was a slight issue with delivery but their customer support team did a great job solving the issue. I would definitely shop with Hudson Ridge again!
