Always have had a good experience and never occurred any problems with shipping.

Products came in broken, and bent.

I never received a receipt for my order which I paid for using my own credit card. It was sent to someone else in my company who did not place it. Very strange and concerning.

I was very happy with the service and I definitely recommend this company for their excellent service. 1 of the bins delivered was broken and immediately they send a replacement.

Email said product shipped from warehouse in NV 10 days ago and then i get a email saying its now shipped from BC. It's only produce ties it should not be a large package I was expecting much better delivery time.

Still waiting hope to see it soon could've really used them this coming weekend.
