Asked for the order to be delayed. It was not and was sent order. This caused problems with our year ending financials as it was over 6K in orders.

Marc Rosen is a great rep for the Choice Hotels Int. brands. He is always willing to help figure out what it is that Choice Hotels Int. requires of us.

I ordered 25 sign holders, product #80123. The title of the item, the product description, the product specifications all said it came with a sheet of clear acrylic to protect the sign, which is the biggest reason I chose this item. When they arrived, not one sheet of plastic came with the sign holders. I contacted Hubert and asked they ship the plastic inserts, I was then informed this product does not in fact come with a plastic insert, even though everything on the product page says it does.

Love this company!!! Website is easy to use, customer service is excellent and love the return policy. Everything has been hassle free with this company since I started using them. That makes everyone's job less stressful.

I ordered a countertop freezer and was told it would be delivered within a week. Two and a half weeks later, Hubert was still trying to arrange a local company to deliver the freight. I cancelled the order.

$30.00 to ship a box the size of a shoe box? Are you kidding???

This was the first time ordering from Hubert. The site was well organized which made it very easy to find what i was looking for. The product that I ordered shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I was extremely pleased with the quality.

I have been very satisfied with my Hubert orders. The only difficulty I ran into was returning mop handles and I ended up having to keep them due to the confusion of not knowing how to return them and not getting a clear answer from the company.

The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described so no issues there. The only issue was the high cost of shipping. I assume that was due to having to ship it from the US warehouse. Despite that, I would order from Hubert again.
