Both Tim and Danny were really helpful through out the process and Andrius did a great job with the floor. The only thing that could have been better was the work on the skirting boards that could have been fitterd a bit better in some areas.

Great job - professional & high quality in all ways from communication to initial site visit, and the installation itself. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, from quote to delivery clear, fast communication. Danny's expertise and advice has made this stressfull situation a delightful experience. We had two large deep dark stains on a solid wood floor and now it looks perfect again. I love the colour and very happy with the lacquer finish as well. Tim came to site to look at the works and provided a comprehensive quote. I had 45m2 of 20mm engineered oak installed and I love it. Memo plus colleague (apologies didn't catch his name) doing the install were great. I supplied all materials. Works included: cleaning between joists, insulating with 100mm RWA45 acoustic insulation, levelling joists with firing strips, applying 4mm acoustic isolation strip to joists, installing 18mm plywood, 12mm acoustic matt, and finally the floor finish. Performs very well acoustically and looks great. Thanks guys!

We had engaged with a few flooring suppliers and/or installers before looking at HS. We wish we had found them first. The entire experience has been excellent and very easy.. from choosing (after talking in their showroom, Tim came to my home with selected boards), to coming up with good solutions to some

Oak parquet installation throughout ground floor . Tim worked with us understanding what we wanted and recommending wood products . First class installation and finish from Mike , skilful laying of parquet for optimum visual effect . Addressed blemishes in the sanding which showed up on first stain , came back to address thresholds after new doors installed . 100% happy , very good people to deal with .
