The service received in the store was great our sales lady was patient and helpful.

Our delivery went smoothly until we spotted numerous issues with my chair and then some on my husbands.

We were offered replacement chairs which arrived recently and again there was an issue with my chair which has now been fixed.

Customer Service at HSL handled all the queries and issues efficiently with good grace and politeness.

I am hope these chairs last a long time.

Sales person was most helpful and knowledgeable but .most important the sales person did not Push us into making a decision.

Well what can I say when we was so impressed with staff member Emma in the Southend store from the minute we walked in she was so helpful and showed us exactly what we was looking for to find for the job and will work very well to help getting up and down out of the chairs and are so comfortable to. And the tea coffee and biscuits went down a treat 5 stars 🌟 thank you Emma Don and Irene xx

Decided to buy 2 chairs after browsing freely around the shop at Newcastle. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about all furniture. Bought June 11th delivered 21st July by Damien and Carl who were both helpful and prompt with time mentioned. Kept updated at all times.

Excellent service by two members of staff (with refreshments!!) no rush and, YES, we purchased a Grande Ripley chair which we are very much looking forward to delivery in due course following its manufacture. Full marks to the York store’s staff.

Delivery was spot on in fact slightly earlier than expected. Paul and Thomas were friendly and got everything in place, with demonstration. All packaging taken away. It was a really hot day so thank you lads for your professional approach.

I wasn't at the property the chairs were delivered to but the person there that took delivery were very impressed with your delivery people, said they treated everything with kid-gloves and would certainly recommend them.

We are delighted with our sofa, 2 chairs, 2 footstool and the neck cushions. The quality of the furniture and fabrics are 2nd to none. From the minute we walked into the outlet at York and was greeted by Diana we were made so welcome. Offered a coffee and biscuits and she went through the options of the different styles of furniture, helping us select the pieces we eventually purchased. When our new furniture finally arrived, the day before my birthday, the 2 gentlemen who carried our new furniture into our house, carefully carrying them through the doors,to where we wanted them plaed in our lounge. We put them onto carpet protectors and the 2 gentlemen helped us. We were very pleased with the delivery. We are now waiting for a few more accessories to complete the pieces. The furniture is by far the most expensive we have ever paid but quality speaks out and hopefully we will have many years of enjoyment with the suite.

We had a delivery today of an adjustable bed. The whole
process of the purchase was easy, and Jason and Adrian the delivery men were very helpful and assembled the bed very quickly and efficiently and showed me how it operated.

We had a little issue with the first chair delivered so had to apply some pressure to get a replacement within the timeframe, but they were good to their word and did replace the chair so overall the experience is very positive. I’m pleased to support a British company like HSL.

Visiting HSL York proved to be the right decision. Diana met us and was excellent giving us all the information. She took us around the showroom and we tried the chairs we liked and found the two chairs (both different designs)that Diana suggested were the right ones for us. We chose the colour and material from the many swatches and are looking forward to the delivery.

Store lady was wonderful - very helpful. There was a bit of a delay in delivery but Morgan sorted it out for me. The delivery guys Alex and Asaid again very helpful demonstrated it all and left once we were happy.
We are now happily trying them all out
