Excellent experience all round
Had our chairs delivered promptly today, and are absolutely delighted with them. Every bit as comfortable as when we tried them out in the showroom. We were given clear information on delivery time, and Chris and Allen who delivered them from Leeds arrived promptly. They were very helpful in moving old furniture to a new position in the house, then placing the chairs where we wanted them ( and repositioning them several times for us). They were pleasant and efficient, set everything up and gave us clear advice on the controls. Perfect!

Suzanne, who was the lady I saw, was very helpful and didn't rush me. Even when I thought I had made up my mind she said try this other chair. I was offered a drink and made to feel at home. I was given plenty of options and advice.

A nice welcome when we arrived we we're offered coffee and biscuits and we told them what we we're looking for.The assistant was extremely helpful showing us what we wanted then left us to browse around until we made our mind's up. All in all a very pleasant experience
